These very early coins are getting more expensive even if they are in bad shape, corrosion or excessive wear, Hard to find even a more common date with these issues under $200 bucks!
Nice coins. You sound young to have such a nice set. I see dedication when I see them. I have a few. Every one I ever sent in acme back cleaned. Nice thanks
What kills me is that in 1997 I was at a rural wooden boat show and an old man with a booth had a large coffee can full of these sitting on a wooden box in the back. The earliest I saw was 1828. He was selling them for a dollar each. I didn't know much about them back then but I bought a couple for my son and I.

A dollar each is a pretty good deal! Even if they’re common and in rough shape, I’d buy large cents for a dollar any day!
I really enjoy large cents! Nice collection man!
I do too, thanks for watching!!
I have a 1851 and 53 large cent in pretty good condition. Nice collection
Thanks! Large cents are definitely some of my favorite coins to collect.
Great collection! I am subscribing to your channel! Cheers
Nice set of large cents
dude this is a great collection, thanks for showing us. New sub here. Chat soon
Epic collection
I have the 1793 if your looking
Is it even remotely reasonable to get a 1793 large cent under two thousand?
You can, but it would be in pretty rough shape
That’s like 2 1/2 trips to Peru 🇵🇪 from America
not if you walk it 😂
Please tell me what is the price of a 1798 cent
One in rough shape would probably be $50 or so, up from there if its in better condition
Hey bro I have a 1833 with a rotated reverse is it worth anything?
Rotated dies aren’t too rare on early coins. Still a nice coin though.
Atleast one cent. Right? 😂😂😂
🙂
I'm getting a 1853 in the mail tomorrow, looks like it might be a strike through error on the left eyebrow.
