Joiah is a multidisciplinary Italian/Colombian artist, engaging in singing, music production and DJing. She also does editorial and video work under the alias Joiah Luminosa. Born and raised in Italy and now based between Amsterdam, Miami and Venice, Joiah is paving her way in the European underground scene. She has released music on labels such as Muted Noise, Picnic Records, and Klassified, among others. Her sound is warm, gritty and peachy, encompassing 90’s house and techno grooves. Joiah is also is the music editor and director of renowned magazine Numéro Netherlands and the founder of the The Artemisia Collective, a female platform that shares content about women in the arts and sports industry.
