To improve the articulation on the Disco you should remove the anti-roll bars as that certainly helps a lot.
You guys definitely look like you had a fun day, and it's great that your bosses allow you to do it.

It don’t even look like scrap tbf
The disco is permanent 4x4 - question is, was it fitted with the centrediff lock, as it was an option on disco 2. You’ll know as the transfer case will be marked with diff lock hi and diff lock low to the left.
It pained me to watch this a really nice landrover wrecked

It was scrapped, so it was this way or straight to the crusher, at least this way it got a final send off doing what it was designed to do 😂😂
Need diff lock and low range
That model only had centre diff lock as an optional extra so might not have had it.
You guys are in low boxand diff lock the disco is alot better offroad, but because you're in low box you go slow, thise little suzukis dont have liw box theyre just using momentum, theyre also 1 tonne lighter, if you had the same momentum youd easily get up those things, land rivers are better offroad, than thise little 4x4s, and i hate to be rude, but its also about experience, it dosent seem like your used to a land rover, experienced drivers will get them through anything 👍 also like you said its because your wheels are just jamming on your arches, you have to bigger tires for a standard lift, if you lifted it, it would shame those suzukis at everything, its just unprepared, with a lift it would go up EVERYTHING we also put military bumpers and winch bumpers on our landys, and they wouldnt budge, you could ram stuff and there wouldnt be a scratch landys are so strong especially with those strong bumpers. The disco still did well though, and lasted the longest
Id say you've bust the autobox cooler, and drove with no oil in the gearbox? Probably toast now

Can you try with Peugeot 2008 and 2005 suv cars next and they are better then land-overs
The landy proved you wrong, earlier problems were pilot error.
Get in a 300 with Center lock not a td5 then you will be fine td5s a junk

Struggling cause diff lock..check it's got the diff lock box.. Lots of them came fitted but without linkages from factory (pointless I know 😂) often people drill a hole in tunnel so they can turn diff lock on and off with rachet and extention
