@anthony Briones is correct, there is no "CH" sound in the language. My understanding is the correct spelling ( I use the term correct since the English version came to being because of a misunderstanding ) is Katsina. ( cat-SEE-nuh). It was the initial tourists to the reservation that wanted to purchase the dolls and misheard the pronunciation that ended up calling them Kachina ... I'm by no means an expert.. just did a little research.

They are both correct its just one is in english and the other is in hopi.
