i agree, but it's not just going against your own political beliefs, it's putting your job on the line by going against your BOSS's political beliefs. I think that's the ultimate problem with the MSM.
Like any other job if a boss is asking you to do something morally wrong and something that's not your job it's your obligation to leave. Yeah I get it and live financially strapped but I would have never stayed at one of my stations if I had been asked to do something that really crossed the line.

As a former journalist I fought to do this every day in my own writing. It was my job. I shudder how these people get out of school without that ingrained in them. Objectivity & facts. This is how we've gotten to where we are. The media who hate Trump only have themselves to blame for him even being possible.

Most journalists aren't very bright. They are educated in being a journalist but the lack a broader education. They don't study math, science, logic, biology, chemistry, etc. Many have some education with politics, but politics is not a science, it is a game with no rules. Take the 60 minutes challenge. Watch a story on 60 minutes on a topic that you know nothing about. The journalists seem intelligent. Then watch a story on a topic that you know very well, the journalists don't have a clue about the topic. Then understand, that for every topic covered by 60 minutes, there is someone who knows the topic very well.
Thank you Megyn. More people need to hear what you are presenting on your show. Information and guests that will never be seen/heard on network news. Maybe an AD campaign that shows how your show brings ALL sides of every story. We can evaluate the information that your show and guests provides. I wish you would stop calling them journalists. Call them bloggers or commentators. They fail to meet the definition if they omit facts or even entire events for the sake of a narrative.
I would hate to read bad things about someone or something i like but, that’s part of life. Sadly, we can watch 60m of fox and 60m of legacy media and still only know a fraction of the truth.
I retired from intelligence and before leaving we had a game on the inside where we would watch the big channel then go into work and learn the truth. They almost never got it right except for big obvious things like wildfires.

It went to all new levels when the 24/7 news channels started up. Theres only so much news so they fill the time with “special guest” opinion and gossip. The debate became a clash of opinions, then pride enters in and bam….. you have modern media. Coupled with social media and a society with declining morals and here we are. Imagine if we could watch the news a half hour a day, not be bombarded by social media deception and live our own lives working hard and loving family, not consumed with dire news every moment. It would be….. like it used to be…. Good!

Megyn: Back to back to back Shapiros and Dershowitz's of the world, rants multiple times about the 40 beheaded babies when that was never confirmed and doesn't (as far as I know) issue a correction.
