I want a single player or co op completely free roam starwars game with character creation. Imagine being able to choose on if you are force sensitive or not? Imagine being able to choose if youre either jedi, sith, theif, smuggler, bountyhunter, soldier, etc etc. Imagine your backstory for once not having a impact on the story either and just being some random person that gets to forge their own story. Imagine if swtor and skyrim had a satanic lovechild game. Id play that game. Not star wars galaxies but more

Don't forget about SWTOR Legacy of the Sith expansion coming late 2021.
SWTOR is not a triple A game. it is a Free to play mmorpg. (don't get me wrong, I love SWTOR) and a DLC is not a upcoming game. If this was included, the title of the video would be Upcoming star wars games and dlcs.

A game I would like to see is a battle front game that features the Ancient Sith Wars along with the Clone War and Imperial Civil War eras. Adding Satele, Eris Morn, Malgus, Exar Kun and other Ancient Sith and Jedi

The Ubisoft open-world game is something I've wanted to see for a long time, but I hoped you could choose your path, whether Jedi, Bounty Hunter, etc and also Light side or Dark side

I always wanted to have singleplayer Star Wars Third Person Open World game, which sets its Focus on Scum and Villany. Bounty Hunters, Smugglers, Thieves, Cutthoats, Space Pirates, Powerhungry and Warmongering Huts etc... and our main character in the middle of the chaos :)

All I want is just an open-world Star Wars game. It doesn't matter who we play for. I just always wanted to visit, say, the lower levels of Coruscant (there is something special about them), or the endless dunes of Tatooine, from time to time drinking in the cantina. Maybe I'm just an avid geek, but I've always liked this universe for its rich atmosphere. Even the planets from the new trilogy seem interesting to me. Yes, there is no interesting story in them, but they just seem beautiful to me
And now imagine all this, but also in VR. Maybe one day...

@@TheGamingSyndrom kotor isn't really open world though. For the most part, it's just a bunch of rooms. Great game, but I wouldn't consider it open world.
My wish is that Lucasarts Games do a improved graphics update to the best Star Wars game of all time (in my humble opinion that is) Star Wars Jedi Knight - Jedi Academy , still playing it this day and finished it over 750 times close to 1000, i lost count at this point.
Oh, yes! I'm absolutely sure they can rebuild it from scratch with UE4 in a couple of years or so :3 Sadly, it's rather unlikely since JK series directly contradict the new canon(

Most of the jedi are dead though who would it be?
Shaak Ti, Maris Brood, Ahsoka Tano, Rahm Kota, Ferus Olin or Quinlan Vos with Asajj Ventress as an ally there's a decent amount of survivors from legends who could be used such as Scout, Kina Ha the Kaminoan Jedi Master, K'Kruhk the whiphid Jedi Master with his Padawan Chase Piru.

Nice overview, Unfortunate it was just 1 month later the rumour of Quantic Dream working on a game surfaced and here we are with a stunning trailer for Eclipse which I'm most looking forward to.
As for BF3, Arc Raiders is from ex-DICE people and that is looking very nice as an alternative.
I’d rather have a Star Wars RPG that acts as a Kotor 3 of sorts than a Kotor reboot…it would be much better to do a game set a long time after the Kotors that acknowledges them as canon again and tells a new story

Its not a reboot its a remake, on the dev interview he said they wanna stay true to the original story and characters. meaning a Kotor 1 with insane graphics and gameplay. u gotta be hype

Soooo many more sisters to be introduced in Fallen Order! And recruiting new members to the mantis kinda gave me nostalgic vibes for KOTOR, which we also definitely need a remake of. I wish we didn't have to wait, it all sounds exciting

Guys can you imagine a very slick, beautiful, fast moving great mechanics jedi/sith game with fully customizable characters where you choose back story, force powers, outfits lightsabers etc etc and then can battle online singularly or pairs or teams against other players and or bots..someone needs to make this
That would be awesome. I think the one thing that's unnecessary is the background thing. That's something you can come up with on your own, I dont think it would have to be a specific feature.

I want to see a Force Unleashed 1 & 2 remake with a massively extended single-player campaign and fully customizable saber setups. If not that, something still 3rd person with similar combat with fully customizable characters and weapon setups: one saber, two sabers, standard or reverse grip, two-sided saber, maybe throw in guns and crossbows like Jedi Academy.
I hope the Kotor remake is gonna have much better combat, controls, movement, etc and isn't just a new paint coat over a frankly dated game :/ I love the game but I want it to be so much better.
I think if it was just a paint coat they would have named it KOTOR *remastered* I think we’re in good hands

I loved the division and far cry games so I have super high hopes for any open world star wars game, hopefully we can play as some kind of bounty hunter or smuggler style character

Odd thought but a Star Wars survival game sounds interesting or maybe a Star Wars game where you play as a Jawa who goes across the deserts of Tatooine and looting ships and speeders, driving a SandCrawler and fighting off raiders before finding somewhere to set up and sell stuff along with hanging out at locations on Tatooine like the Mos Eisley Cantina and fighting off Tusken Raiders and other stuff.

Imagine walking around an open world with a couple of clone troopers(who's chips didn't work) and going around killing storm troopers as a jedi, or mandolorian, or even a clone comander like captain Rex or even X2 from the canceled battlefront 3
I think one of the biggest things I'd want to see from a star wars game is maybe some unknown regions gameplay or around the jedi civil war might just be me but I'm so curious about that lore

Battlefront made me very happy, because it feels like your walking in the movie. Lego is also great, but not the same.

I'm hopping for an open world Star wars of any kind with the scale and complexity of at least SWG with some aspects of open world survival type games and MMORPG game play mixed with 1st or 3rd person aspect. Gear crafting, resource gathering, base building, creature taming, hunting, cooking, ex... is a must. Large scale world events would be a plus! for example star ship crashes, military attacks, loot drops, ex.... coupled with New age realistic graphics, physics and a first person combat feel when engaging an enemy vs the pre generated attacks on a button bars but still keeping MMO style character gearing and looting system. Have players actual skills and knowledge of the game be more of what will give them more of an advantage to there opponent then say games based strictly off players level and gear rating for instance a smart skilled proficient level 1 player character can defeat a higher level player if the higher level is geared wrong or just doesn't have the skills to win or is caught off guard. i had so much fun playing Star wars galaxies with friends. To me the complexity of the game made it so enjoyable always something to do and new stuff to learn.

I'd love a free roam mandolorian game where you can create your own character. I can picture the main character walking through the tatooine deserts during a sandstorm, hunting down a bounty. I'd want it to have multiple planets for you to travel to with your character having their own ship to explore them with. I think it would be cool if star ship battles could happen on your way to different spots, with cool encounters like in rdr2. I'd want the main character to be fully custimizable with cool armour pieces and different weapons spread out amongst the planets and moons.
I really wish in the open world star wars game you can play with a lightsaber as well and not only with blasters.
You see, I want a clone wars game, that would be lit, I hope that's what the ubisoft project is

A Fallen Order sequel is a must though. The first game was S tier.
After Halo Infinite rekindled my love of open world games, I'd love to see one in the star wars universe. I feel like open world games got pretty boring for a while so new ones that take a different approach are needed.
I think the LEGO one will have some nice nostalgia factor for me, loved the first Lego Star Wars game.
And I'd probably try the fighting game if it comes out on Steam, preordered a Steam Deck, sooo that might be neat.

I tthink every single fan wants star wars battlefront 3 the story was about 2 clones who had the force in them X1 and X2 during order 66 / return of the jedi but they made it for psp and not ps4/ps5

One thing I would want would be an open world/open universe Star Wars game where you can choose what path you take and if you're force sensitive, you can achieve a power level and ability that rivals even that of The Emperor or possibly Starkiller.
Star Wars Galaxies HD remaster with modernization to make it even more epic. Aka a proper story line of quests as well as side quest story arc's. I remember playing galaxies "after they ruined it" (their huge overhaul, never played pre-expansion) and there was a quest line for new characters, but eventually i got lost. Granted this was many many years ago so maybe it was my fault as i was much younger back then.... But they could update the game, modernize it in the right ways, while back tracking in other ways (jedi/sith should be a class you unlock or grow into, reading into how no one had jedi/sith class pre-expansion because you had to do something special/specific to unlock it). Keep the amazing crafting system but update it so its more compelling. I mean it would be amazing.
And i want to point out, EA cant stop other games from being similar. Thats why they originally wanted the exclusive contract, so they wouldnt have competition. With that gone, EA will end up competing vs other studios.... Meaning even if EA makes a star wars game, another studio can compete

I’d take an open world Assassin’s Creed style Star Wars game. Put it in a time where you are one of a few Jedi and you have to recruit to build a new Order and also build up the temple. Send the recruits on missions like Brotherhood.
The open world game would be really good if you could choose what it’s scented about like say you could choose to be a bounty hunter or you could choose to be a Jedi

Id love to see a Star Wars game that incorporates the free roam of grand theft auto with the battle scale and customization of Warzone. Imagine you can add attachments and customize your light saber and then go battle your buddies or do co op missions together? Or drop into a Warzone situation?! There’s is huge possibilities. It would be dope to start as a padawaan and train your way up to Jedi master and free roam corisant and the Jedi temple and take on missions from the council…endless ideas here

Open world rpg starwars game with a morality system. Character customization, customisable starship, multiple story endings and being able to recruit crew members or join factions would be something that I would spend $$$$$$ on!!

A Star Wars game where you could start either on the Sith story line where you go through the Sith academy and then further into the Sith story. The other option is starting as a Jedi. Story could be that both characters are siblings and then you meet the other later on in the story’s. Could create a easy want for a two play through interest and could be pretty epic I reckon.

They need to make a game which campaign follows captain rexs entire life, and actually has battles from the cartoon clone wars. And it could contain special firefight games like halo reach, but Star Wars based, like your a clone defending or attacking a base or something like that. Idk how online play would work but I feel like the two above are great ideas
What we need is a game where we follow Anakin in ROTS and his early years as Darth Vader, including all the most brutal things he has done in canon.
I want the next battlefront game to have a single story mission for each character instead of a random campaign that no one enjoys
FWIW I enjoyed the Battlefront II campaign, but I agree that the missions where you played as characters from the movies were highlights for me
I think a Destiny-esc mandalorian game would be dope. sort of where you start out as a basic Mando with very few gadgets and work your way up through missions and bounties

Also waiting 2023 rumor is Star Wars BF3 with bring back Galatic Conquest campaign era mode with OFF Line single and we want a real OFF Line 2 3 and 4 Co-op players.
along with other OFF line playable big multiplayer and single modes and instant Action and play OFF Line with Star Wars Galactic Assult mode from bf2 as well and new and old planets Death Star 1 Bespin Endor Hoth 2 Jakku grave yard Yavin 4 the great temple to add in supremacy mode to add in instant Action mode is by far the most amazing game mode ever from battle front 2 .
Also my wishlist for Star Wars battle front 3 is to customize and create everthing in a new space station base mode for Troopers hero's and villians and a garbage fleet base area for customize vehicles and workshop table to change and put unlock skins and change rates meter bars with all weapons to be like big weapons selection screen from battle front 2015 again still is way better and Star Wars battle front 2015 still number 1 only multiplayer online all them modes was amazing.

I am surprised that EA hasn't done a Republic Commando remake, it's got a solid campaign and multiplayer for them to cram loot crates into.
