[車窓] THSR | 700T IGBT-VVVF Northbound Departure from Taichung Stn

IGBT-VVVF by Toshiba. My seat was in car 4 right below the pantograph & above the bogies.
Train no. 140 departure from Taichung. Vid ends just after crossing the Dajia River. I'll probably set up a gps speedometer when recording next time.
