1. Watched the mayhem episode from 2017 where all the legends were in house and you did that hike back and forth to rich sr and jrs house. Hilarious when Rich was pissed about Darren’s team running to win.

Man that freaking sucks being 80% done and having a re do. Glad y’all got it in still. Loving the content and the mayhem hunt segments! Question with that what are some solid shoes for outdoor training I’m out running in the brush and the normal gym shoes just aren’t cutting it
I love altra trail running shoes. Flat, wide toe box, and enough cushion to step on a couple sharp rocks without feeling it

Would it be too hard for the team to enter vids of some of the clips that the guys are talking about? Such as some of the events from previous games or even better old Angelo melt downs? For youtube it would be fun to see what they're talking about if possible.

Mayhem Athlete programmed a nasty EMOM this past Monday. I would love to see Rich do it. It had 10/8 cals and 8 burpees over the rower in the same minute in a 10:00 EMOM. I need proof that the workout was possible for someone!

Guys, the podcast is great, but the audio is so quiet. I have to crank my volume to max just for these videos, then turn it back to normal for everything else I watch.

@@CFProjectMayhem Yeah, I also agree with that. But I listened to it on my speakers, not on headphones. There's a big difference between your sponsor clips and the podcast audio. Use a compressor to make that gap smaller and bring the loudness of podcast just a bit higher. But great content nonetheless ;)
There's a couple people in the live chat for this video that also mention the audio being low. For context I'm listening on laptop speakers while I work. But if I compare this to another channel like Talking Elite Fitness, they are a bit more loud and clear overall. It's not the end of the world, just wanted to provide a little feedback from my end in case I wasn't the only one. I really enjoy the podcast and will be listening regardless.

I'm an accountant, so I'll answer your tax question. Angelo, the most likely reason that you couldn't deduct your charitable deductions is because you probably don't itemize. I won't bore the crap out of everybody here with the details, but yeah, that's probably why. And Rich, it's not Biden, it's the TCJA that was passed in 2017. Yep, I'm watching this podcast while I prepare tax returns . . .

The standard deduction case not being able to claim charitable donations going away was from the cares act, not TCJA. TCJA just increased how much are allowed to give and subsequently claim, which is a good thing
@@mikasd9 I thought that was just a 2 year thing, because of the pandemic? Where people who didn't itemize could deduct charitable contributions? And before that (and now after that), you have to itemize in order to deduct charitable contributions.
