great video and amazing Pear tree. I was really hesitant about getting a hosui pear tree because everyone said it will require a lot of chill hours to give fruit. I live in Central Florida Zone 9B so this is great news for me to know that it can give fruit under Zone 9B. Thank You for sharing!!
One of my hosui pear trees does flower every year and for about 2-3 years in a row I got a minor harvest. It's not many really so there may be some truth to the chill hour problems in zone 9b and hosui.
Have you ever thought of grafting the pears on each other?
