Looks like you did well. I would speculate that the helmets alone are worth more than what you paid for everything. The media guides and the programs are cool and probably worth some $$ to the right collector. I can’t believe we dint see any vintage cards in the collection. From grandpa, to dad, then to son.....? I saw some old letters and other things in one of the boxes. Those content would be interesting to see as well. Glad you are better. Gotta watch all that lifting. I knew I was missing someone in my regular feed. I just started creating content last year and it isn’t as easy as some make it look. I’m low tech. 😁

It was really hard to see what was in there from the photos and when I picked up it was fairly quickly so I didn't really know to much of what I was getting. So I got lucky!
Brother, we need to know, was the hernia caused by lifting baseball card boxes!? LOL In all seriousness, I'm glad to hear you are healed and ready to buy more sports cards! Great video!
The answer to your question is....YES! LOL I went to go lift a stack of boxes and a tv was in my way so I had to reach over it. I was always taught from playing sports to bend your knees when picking up anything heavy, but this one time because of the tv I wasn't able to and BAM I felt it right away. It was rough, but I'm now 100% fully recovered and will always remember this when lifting card boxes.

@@fortheloveofitcollector I had a hernia repaired. I have a double right now. The doctor asked me if I wanted to do surgery. I decided against it due to other health issues. I did not know about it for 10 years.
@marcdavis82280 just keep an eye on it so it doesn't worsen. I couldn't not get surgery, I was in so much h discomfort and the two hernias were in the worst spots that affected me standing, sitting, walking. I had the wait the 2 months to get surgery because of the hospitals scheduling.
So you basically had no choice? If it were bothering me I would have no choice. Knock on wood I am ok.
