Von einem Moment auf den anderen bricht für die UFC-Trainerin Sienna Lane (Kiana Madeira) die Welt zusammen: Als sie ihre große Liebe Jax (Matthew Noszka) ausgerechnet mit ihrer jüngeren Schwester beim Fremdgehen erwischt, steht sie vor dem Nichts: keine Bleibe, kein Geld, keine Familie. Was bleibt, ist bodenlose Enttäuschung und riesengroße Wut. Und bald schon ein Plan, wie sie sich an Jax rächen kann. Nur Sienna hat er es zu verdanken, dass er zum Champion in Mixed Martial Arts werden konnte: Es gibt keine bessere Trainerin! Nun will sie Jax‘ größten Rivalen, Kayden Williams (Ross Butler), mit allen Mitteln auf den finalen Kampf vorbereiten, um es Jax dort heimzuzahlen, wo es ihm am meisten weh tut: im Ring. Doch als sich Sienna und Kayden nicht nur beim Training näherkommen, wird der Weg zum Meistertitel immer komplizierter.

Die Kampf Choreographien hätten echt heftiger sein dürfen, die musik ihn Kaydens Kampf Vorbereitung bisschen motivierender so das man vor dem Bildschirm anfängt mit zu trainieren, man hätte ihn im Training wirklich brutal am Limit sehen sollen, und Kampf szenen hätten auch gerne etwas dramatischer/Realistischer sein dürfen. Vielleicht hätte man das ganze Anfassen und geknutsche reduzieren sollen Und stattdessen zeigen können wie zwei die Liebe zum training teilen andernfalls wirkt es absolut Weird
