From what I have heard from a bee keeper, it is very therapeutic. The guy I know has mental health issues and started bee keeping a couple of years ago. He says it is the most calming thing he has done towards helping with his mental health. He has said others have said the same thing

The tight shot monologue of her reciting the letter. WOW! I had to rewind and watch it 3 times because so much was going on, and it was intense. The mediocre actor she was playing may have finally found the role of her lifetime; hence, the multiple takes at the movie's end, each a little bit better than the previous one, and she becomes that character.
I hope she keeps aging gracefully. She is such a lovely woman.
