Man, what a fight. That Felon just showed up out of nowhere. The frantic battle against the Felon was spectacular. This is one of your best, Longshot. Also, Growling deserves some credit for taking out that Felon that took you out.
I don't know how you guys plan your videos - but if DCS is capable of it, it'd be great to have a third party set up really immersive/realistic missions and have you guys fly them blind. A variety of eras - but having you guys unaware of ground based SAMs, friendles in the area, unknown contacts, reinforcements, etc. Combine that with launching from a base and having to properly monitor fuel (in order to get back home), etc. Could be a cool series.
I agree, it would be awesome to have a full on DCS Interactive War. I think it's unfair to say you have NO idea what the enemy has, because that's unrealistic, these days satellites can see things down to individual troop/platoon movement. BUT you could send weekly emails in a bulletin-board style saying: Allies lost in majority last week so Axis has advantage: additional SAM site, unknown location. OR Additional SU-57 in the skies. I'd say winning team gets to choose their prize but it needs to be realistic. Ofc everybody wants to fly Su-57s/F22s but that may not be what's best to achieve a victory. You may NEED to have a couple extra A-10s to bomb a large SAM Site. and you define a Win/Lose by running multiple Ops, say on Monday: The Axis is moving troops at 2:00, and at 2:01(with all Allied Planes patrolling their own "safe airspace") Axis releases coordinate the forces are moving FROM(still gotta find them en route).. forcing Allied to react and send a A2G Strike Team, supported by an A2A squad, and the Axis has to detect and intercept the Allied. If the A2A is a standoff, and the A2G is a success, then that's 1 Point plus an additional Point for every A2A Kill scored, with a .5pt detraction for every plane killed from the WINNING side. There's infinite room for day to day variation. Ik this is long winded but this is what I envisioned.
@@jackhall290 i did this type kind of mission with my country buds in dcs, its pretty scary experience and really fun! hope to see this type of content
This video was a wild one. From two flankers being maneuver killed into mountains, an unknown bandit that caught me with a jump scare. 😭 And GS casually started a forest fire with the kill. The flares on top of the kill helped too. 😂 Great content
Great video, LS!! More tension than a Hollywood film, man! But one thing I don't understand: 8:12 - Why would an AI pilot ever fly into the ground? The computer has to know where every pixel in the map is at all times, doesn't it?
The SA you guys manage together is some of the best. Especially when panic sets in lol. The both of you laughing is infectious. Great flying, great video man, keep em coming! 🤌
Reexamined this mission from a debrief tactical point of view at the end with the Felon. Mission was very instructional in tactics and situation awareness. LS quick offensive and defensive actions, I believe would have detected and defeated a non- stealth aircraft. The Felon being a stealth aircraft had the advantage of "first look, first kill" The mission also taught how you have to stay at the ready and not relax in flying in the ERA of stealth aircraft. I thought LS could have dropped his bags sooner or upon initially detecting the unknown contact that was the Felon. It may or may not have made any significance against the Felon. But all in all outstanding MOVIE DRAMA type mission, TOM CRUISE would be proud!
Much obliged Sir,,, good job guys,,💪🏼💪🏼 An adrenaline rush, I was laying down on bed, stood up started walking with these BRA's, stopped my heart sank when the Felon showed up one hand over my head. Thanks for the enjoyable 14 minutes. More of these scenarios.
I was sitting there mesmerized by the cockpit visuals of you flying through the mountains with (I guess?) VR, and then suddenly it turned into a "two morons" video, which was the icing on the cake. Love this one!
The tactical approach and expert flying you two put together is exceptional to watch, but the post incident banters are what makes these videos so good to watch, just like the Greatest Wingman episode in GS channel. Would loved have seen Tac Views and your debriefing.
ABSOLUTELY!!!!! The best DCS video I have ever seen on here.!!!! you and GS are the reasons I built a computer after ten years. Just for DCS. Great job. Now IM trying to find quality controls. everything's always out of stock.
How did this change genre to extremely tense horror then goofy comedy so abruptly but so naturally? Especially fun to see the role reversal from the other recent video (forget if it was one of yours or on GS' channel) where there's a fakeout retreat upon learning what you're up against.
That was a great fight. Keep it coming. Tense. Excellent performance. I can't wait till I can DCS. Saving money. I want a nice machine to run it. Looks like a lot of fun. I've learned so much from LongShot and GS. Thanks a lot really. The topic is oddly attractive to me. The physics and variables involved. I bet I could get an f-18c from cold to off the runway. I'm studying radar now mostly. I'm exited to learn bombing, but guns only dog fight is my favorite. I Love the inordinate amount of time I spend learning from LongShot and GS. That was fantastic.
Growling did it smart near the end. If you're lucky enough to see a Felon, just fox three and run like hell. Next time, add in four surprise Felons to make the match even more challenging.
That was so cool! You guys took care of the flankers then out of nowhere a felon came in. That by far is the best role playing battle I've ever seen and I've seen a lot. Awesome! I think this is part 1 of 4 totally awesome! Loved it!👊😎
Bro, yall jokers are hell. This is some of the best viewing time I get to spend. I even got my home boys watching. This one was one of the best. Keep up the good work, fellas!💪🏾💪🏾😤
GS is learning what the Soviets/Vietnamese learned dearly against our superior technology. Ripple fire your missiles and get out of Dodge City! Nicely done both of you!

That was a fun one! Hard luck against the Felon. Almost should have gone for the Fox-2 there.
Two Felon's for GS today.
You boys sure know how to fly. This might be the best ive ever seen. Entertainment value is off the charts. Man you both work great together. 👍
I cant get enough of this video. This is just Spectacular. ❤
This is way better than anything on TV.
I appreciate that! Cheers!
Agreed!
I absolutely agree
Thanks you guys
Definitely is. Pete Mitchell who?

please put spoiler alert beforehand, just kinda ruined it for me
@@ell8711 agreed bro
*Spoiler Alert*
Was GS In a P51 when he took out that Felon?
@Jack Hall if only. If he somehow wins a knife fight with a Felon in an F-4 we will need to start calling him a Phelon Phixer.
stealth fighters tend to do that
The shots, editing, comms, tactics and comradery here is top-notch entertainment. You and GS have quite a chemistry. Glad to see your channel growing.
Thanks so much

That was a heart-pounding engagement! Well flown, well filmed.
Thanks!
When Top Gun turns into Two Idiots at the end it's always excellent!
"No, I'm leaving, I don't wanna die man...'
Felon at the end wasnt just the icing on the cake but rewrote the entire movie and put it above and beyond. Great video

Everytime you two guys do something together you make my day. Thanks for that! :)
You two are a hoot. Enjoy your collaborations more than most of your individual content.
I love how you established that the Sicario sound always introduces the Felon
LS: Avenge me…
GS: I don’t wanna!
😂😂😂
I like how this video built in intensity. Wonderfully presented.
This is probably the best DCS video I've ever seen...freakin amazing
Thanks so much
GS: Fox 3 twice. Im out of here!
LS: What? You're not going to avenge me?
🤣🤣 🤣🤣
There's a Felon in the skies. GS going back to base to get the Mustang
Great video, LS!! More tension than a Hollywood film, man!

@@LongShotChannel Most welcome Sir.🤙🏼
So sad that the ugly F-18's shot down those pretty flankers...
You guys should make a joint channel. Long Sidewinder. I don’t even play DCS but I love watching your collabs. Keep it up!
No words can convey how great that was! Take my applause you deserve it!
Thanks so much!
Wow, another fun and exciting video. It’s no wonder your channel is growing so quickly.
Thank you buddy!
I just started watching this channel about 10 days ago and love it! Keep the uploads coming its feeding a new found addiction. :D
Thanks so much, and welcome to the channel, cheers!
That was very cinematographic! Awesome job LS!! Really enjoyable!!!
Thanks so much! Glad to hear it
You both do great videos but the most entertaining ones are the ones you do together.
Wow, that is one of the best DCS vídeos I have ever seen 👏
Amazing video! LS, your cinematic shots keep getting better and better. Very entertaining. Keep up the awesome content!
Thanks!
that was fantastic. if this was the storyline for top gun 2 it would've been so much better...
That was intense! Well done guys..the tension..controlled anxiety...this could have been a movie!
Imagine that moment when GS says he's outta there and both missiles miss and the Felon goes after him. 😂😂
That was some awesome action when that Felon popped up!
Thrust vectoring on those cinematic views looks great.
Damn I sensed your fear when you went head on with the Felon. 😂
These external camera views look so great! Top Gun ... :)
That Felon sound, dude....
Good job guys
Wow when that Felon popped up it felt like an action movie well done 👏
Exciting! Also, Longshot's Fox-3 miss was total nonsense. That should have been a hit, not sure what happened there.

Thanks so much, glad you liked it
It would be cool for one of you to be in F22 or F35 painting targets for the wingman in the back with F15 or F18 missle truck
really loved it when the felon showed up unexpectedly
The tactical approach and expert flying you two put together is exceptional to watch, but the post incident banters are what makes these videos so good to watch, just like the Greatest Wingman episode in GS channel.

Excellent evasive reaction after the pop-up threat.....nice job putting GS in position to smoke him. RIP :-)

My two favorite DCS pilots, right here. Something entertaining always happens, when GS and LS get together.

Ok. That was a nice surprise. Was not expecting that. Great video as always.
The most realistic fight ever produced. It reminds me the movie "Behind enemy lines". Awesome 👍
I am so impressed with the camera angles. This fight rocked. Oh H yes
Watching again! 🎉
Bro I LOVED the tension when the unknown bogey showed up. Actually got my pulse a little elevated lol. Cheers
This was a mini movie thumbs 👍
so we clone these two, have them pilot drones PROFIT.
would love to see eurofighter vs su57 dogfight or bvr or both, keep up the gd work
These missions are so much fun... I thought the same thing as GS a Felon? Time to go
Love the team ups with GS
It's very strange that enemy planes were not equipped with heat traps.🤔

Could you do an explanation of the comm between you and AWACS?
This was better than Top Gun the movie.
Did... did that Flanker just lose track of his altitude or something?
MAGIC callsign reminds me of MAGIC51 that NATO sentry uses sometimes.

Nice flight, however G.S. he flies and has a very unique understanding of tactics.
That Su-57 looks like it has a lazy afterburner.
Keep these coming! Love it

11:40 when man cried.
