- OPD में अक्सर ये प्रश्न पूछा जाता है की normal delivery अच्छी रहती है या cesarean delivery ? तो आज इस वीडियो में Dr. Supriya Puranik इस सवाल का जवाब देने वाली है ।
हमेशा डॉक्टर और patient चाहते है की normal delivery हो जाए। हमें ये भी मालूम है की normal delivery के वक्त योनि मार्ग हमें बड़ा करना पड़ता है तो वहा भी छेद करना पड़ता है और C-section delivery में डॉक्टर्स को पेट से छेद लगवाना पड़ता है। इस छेद का Healing होना ये दोनों deliveries में रहता है। तो आइए जानते है normal delivery सही है या cesarean delivery ? ( Which is better normal birth or cesarean? )
Normal Delivery Vs Cesarean Delivery
Normal delivery signs and symptoms:
जब सब सही चल रहा है , शिशु की स्थिति सिर से है , शिशु की तरफ जानेवाला रक्तप्रवाह (blood flow ) भी अच्छा है , शिशु के आजुबाजु का तरल अच्छा है , आवल सही जगह पे स्थित है , निचे योनि मार्ग पर स्थित नहीं है और अपने आप अच्छे तरह से labor pain शुरू होगये है और labor pain का progress भी सही चल रहा है। जो महिला पहेली बार माँ बन रही है और जो दूसरी बार माँ बन रही है उन दोनों में delivery होने का speed अलग अलग रहता है यह डॉक्टर को पता चलता है।
तो सब सही चल रहा है , शिशु के heart beats भी अच्छे चल रहे है , contractions भी अच्छे आ रहे है , बच्चे दानी का मुँह भी अच्छी तरीकेसे खुल रहा है तो जरूर हमे normal delivery की राह देखनी है। सिर्फ जब माँ को लगता है की यह दर्द बर्दाश्त नहीं होता है इसीलिए cesarean delivery हमे बिलकुल नहीं करवाना है। माना की यह दर्द कभी कभी ज्यादा होता है और यह सहना मुश्किल हो जाता है। लेकिन जब painless epidural जिसमे pains भी होते रहते है पर माँ को समझते नहीं है , अगर इसका इस्तमाल किया तो माँ को pain बर्दाश्त हो सकता है और normal delivery भी हो जाएगी। सिर्फ माँ को दर्द सेहेन नहीं करना है इसीलिए cesarean बिलकुल नहीं करना है।
Cesarean delivery reasons :
जब शिशु का सिर progress ही नहीं हो रहा हो , बच्चा पैरोंसे है या आड़ा है , अगर गर्भाशय का मुँह खुल ही नहीं रहा है , कभी कभी लेबर पैन होता रहता है पर progress दिखाई नहीं देता , शिशु के heart beats कम होना शुरू होते है। शिशु की तरफ जाने वाला blood flow कम हो जाता है तब normal delivery के लिए शिशु केलिए खतरनाक हो सकता है। अगर कभी आवल गर्भाशय के मुख पे स्थित हो या आवल का seperation होता है bleeding होना शुरू होता है तो वह माँ और शिशु दोनों केलिए खतरनाक हो सकता है।
एक महत्वपूर्ण बात - नॉर्मल डिलीवरी हो या सीज़ेरियन डिलीवरी इन दोनो का रिकवरी का समय सम समान होता है ।
और ऐसी भी एक गलतफैमी होती है की सीज़ेरियन डिलीवरी में ज्यादा बेड रेस्ट की जरुरत होती है।
इसीलिए c-section delivery कोनसे cases में अच्छी है और normal delivery कोनसे cases में अच्छी है वो डॉक्टर्स को decide करने दो। माँ को डॉक्टर पे भरोसा होना चाहिए क्योकि डॉक्टर जो भी decision लेंगे वह सोच समझके हि लेंगे। माँ केलिए normal delivery सही है या c-section delivery सही है यह situation ही बताने वाला और डॉक्टर ही ये जानने वाला है।

बिल्कुल सही , आजकल प्राइवेट डॉक्टर लोग सिजेरियन जबरजस्ती करते हैं और पैसा कमाते हैं।
मेरी भी वाइफ को डॉक्टर ने बोला कि आपका बच्चा उल्टा है नार्मल नही हो पायेगा सिजेरियन करना पड़ेगा लेकिन मैंने मना कर दिया और सरकारी हॉस्पिटल में ले गया नार्मल डिलीवरी हो गयी।

Ma'am I'm your regular viewer,ur all vidsos were very very useful during my pregnancy journey. I'm blessed with baby boy on 25th October but I had c section, my entire pregnancy was healthy there was not any problem, but suddenly water leakage stared so doctor operated.

Hello mam, I m mother of 3.7yrs old baby girl. Now I m pregnant with 2nd one,currently 34week pregnant. Mera koi complications nahi the but I couldn't tolerate pain and doctor said pain will increase more will u tke it or shall I do cesarian she asked me also said if she gives me labour inducing injection it will be very high pain she scared me and forced me to opt for c section I always curse her for what she did .... It was my first child and I was v young

Hello mam, I had c-section on 29 nov. 2020. After one month, on my stitch line, one hole (blood is discharging) has been developed, when one hole got healed, some other hole got developed. And now allmost more than 2 months but the same problem presists. Can you suggest me what to do in this case? I have made many visits to my gynaec but she had done dressing and gave antibiotics to me.
