You appear on the surface to be so aware yet you say twice to throw away the tomato water. That tomato water is delicious, pour it in a glass & drink it. In my part of the world the top restaurants offer their best customers a small glass of tomato water. They carry it around the restaurant in a fancy container like it’s pure gold. You’ve got heirloom tomato water & your ditching it.
