The only upside Bronya has is her e2. E2 rotations with Jingliu suck. So yes.
The buffs and energy are better but the small problem is that he cant advamce robin.

If the enemies have ice weakness, im pretty sure she can do 5 cost, but yea she's fell off for sure. Her golden era is over.
