yes, the software is good. I still use outboard effects devices and use them as send returns or inserts on the M32. and one thing has to be said. The difference in quality of workmanship between the x32 and the m32 is huge. And various tests have proven that there is a small but subtle difference in the sound quality. When it comes to replacing defective parts after the warranty, the M32 is also better because you can, for example, select individual faders or scribble strips, which is much more complicated and expensive with the X32. I am totally satisfied with the m32r
I desperatly needed more channels on an interface, plus i wanted a mixer to sum and gainstage individual outs from drum machines with individual effects. Got the x32 instead, does EVERYTHING, VERY WELL! You can basically do dawless live production with a polished fully produced sound. Great channel, will look forward to more
I am new to the X32 Producer. It is my centerpiece as well which has had a difficult learning curve. I see signal going I but I am not getting sound out into my monitors. Can you recommend any troubleshooting actions I can take? In addition, I want to connect all my analog synths and am not sure if I should connect to a patchbay first or directly into my mixer or S8 stage box. By the way the last few minutes it appears we lost sound from your video.
Bit of a learning curve for sure on that mixer. From the channel you see signal, is it routed to the main l/r via the button below the screen, if it is what output channels do you have your monitors plugged into, if it is 7/8 that should be default l/r main output. I route everything via patchbay then mixer, as this way im not limited by the 6 auxes when in the mixing stage using analog gear.
Also for trouble shooting and good practice also, I route my monitors via the matrix’s, so from the Main l/r fader, I use the sends to send my sub to matrix 1/2 then my L+R to 3/4, then in the routings page (depending on what firmware you have on the console) I route the outputs matrix 1/2 post fader out channel 3/4 then channel 5/6 out is matrix 3/4 post fader, this way I can set the max spl/listening volume for mixdowns to be at unity on the mixer and can see if its clipping. I hope this helps, usually easier to make a short video for troubleshooting the mixer, if you reach out to me via email off the contact page on my website (link in description) I can give u a better helping hand with this.
At first the title had me interested but after a bit of Google searching I see that these mixers cost $1000-1400+… just saying, anyone with that amount of money to spend on a mixer probably already has the exact mixer they need… 😅 would love to hear of any mixers that are actually a reasonable price point for a new producer who wouldn’t already have the exact mixer they need.
They are on the pricier point for sure, but when you start factoring in things like 32 in/out interface also, you get alot for your money. Like for example say you bought a cheap 8 channel mackie mixer thats 400$ and you needed to get all those sounds to your daw you need an interface 100-200$ more there so your already halfway there to the behringer and only have 8 channels essentially.

M32 defs has those better sonic qualities, if I didnt have dante card in the x32 I would for sure like to upgrade to the m32 at some point.

Exact same reason i went with the x32 also!
Hi! Can I connect synths the in the xlr inputs? Or its only for mic? Is needed a di box for connect them? Thank you mate
They are mic/line inputs so you can plug synths in no problem

@@johnnyposh I think I will go the patchbay route like you so I’m not limiting myself I will let you know how it works out thank you so much.
@@johnnyposh Thank you so much I will definitely do that.

Got mine 2nd hand, well pleased. So versatile and sounds awesome.

Very kewl! Not bad to know what I am going to be looking for while I keep acquiring more gear.
Highly suggest this for your studio, if your on a budget and needing a mixer and interface.
