Vallamkali Dance Performance

This is a stage performance by MMC Mathruvedi Koramangala on 11th September 2022, choreographed by Thanuja Aljo.
It is a traditional dance performance from the beautiful state of kerala in India. It is a unique and vibrant spectacle that combines elements of dance, music and teamwork. It is mainly conducted during the season of the harvest festival Onam.
During the vallamkali dance performance, the rowers paddle in unison to the rhythm of traditional boat songs called vanchipattu. The synchronized movements of the rowers create a captivating visual spectacle, showcasing their strength, coordination and teamwork. It is a celebration of Kerala's rich cultural heritage.
