It's just like any braid out or twist out. It last how long it last lol. Different depending on many factors but I'd say at least 3 or 4 days. @@krekiwi
What I usually do is put my hair up in a pineapple with a silk scrunchie or silk bandana if I want to avoid banding then put a bonnet over it. My set usually lasts about a week even with sweating and in extreme heat
