Man, that looked like so much fun! What an honor to be invited and it’s awesome to see you standing up to help support the track. The last time I jumped a driveway on my sled I broke my wrist (but did NOT crash) so this old man just needs to keep the track on the trail whenever I ride! 🤣 Oh, some dirt bike / ATV / SxS content or even seeing some vintage machines would be sweet this spring/summer/fall!!
Was a great time!! Gotta keep the track alove if we want to keep riding it. Yeah, there’s a reason you sold your sled 😆 doesn’t mean you can’t get a couple used ones and come ride!
Ya it's crazy, people buy land an do something good for the community, but you always have these neighbors that want drama!they'd rather kids grow up going to jail or getting on drugs an robbing people! Or do something fun where your not bothering people!these people that are going thru this with there tracks need more support! Great video as always
Yeah, it’s nuts. Registering to talk for 3 minutes at the public hearing and those are a lot of the similar points to what I’ll be bringing up. It’s nuts how neighbors can attempt to dictate how you use your land. Doing what we can to make sure this one stays active! Thanks again for tuning in and commenting!
Thanks man! I appreciate it. Im always down for new content and more riders in the vids! Looking for stuff to do this spring/summer/fall. I don't have any experience on the street bikes so I wouldn't be any fun to ride with there but I have a little bit of MX experience and am currently rebuilding a bike to mess around with this coming season. And hell yeah, if you got a sled or get a sled and you're in the general area, message me on instagram @dipstick.tv
Always. I’m not one to roll over and let other people dictate how I live my life. I’ve worked too hard to get where I’m at to let some random dude ruin it. 🤙🏻
Nice!, You gotta respect the neighbors 🤣🤣🤣 On another note I don't know if I'd be more worried about beating up my body or my sled! Lol. Would like to try either way. That new sled looks sweet
The new sled is awesome. May have to snag one down the road. It's got a lot more snap than the IQRs. And yeah, it's abuse to the sled (especially in these conditions) but the race sleds were pretty much built to be beat on when it comes down to it. All sleds break eventually, just gotta fix em. The fun was definitely worth the risk! Track is set up to be very forgiving. Thanks for watching the vid!
@@CLamb385 yeah, there’s alway that. I would want mine set up similar to that though if I bought one. I like the snappiness. The stiffness and seat I would mess with a bit just due to personal preference. Other than that, that’s the next move up for sure. Wicked sled.

@@krossnich9203 awesome man! I’ve seen a little bit of the newer released content. Doesn’t look too bad. Haven’t watched or dug in much to the drifting stuff for quite some time. Got really focused on my career about 2 years back and just honed in on it. My buddy talked me into recording videos again for DipstickTv and been having a blast with a lot of great opportunities presenting themselves through the channel so I definitely plan on continuing on with it. I do want to get back to an occasion BTV video release from time to time but haven’t had a solid recording setup or equipment for about 2-2.5 years. I would love to learn to jump, mentally I know what to do physically my balls just aren’t big enough lol, but it’s only my second winter back on snowmobiles after 27 years and it’s not like I’m a spring chicken anymore, sweet video.
Best thing to do is start small, work your way up big enough to where you can learn throttle and braking in the air to level yourself and then after that it’s all just about having the courage to send it lol. I appreciate you watching the vid!
We got some more snow coming but lots of warm weather so not sure how long we got left this winter. We’ll be holding a big ride out or two next season though without a doubt so definitely keep an eye out for those. We got a lot of fun stuff planned for next season.
Nice to see you boys finally hit some decent jumps! Great vid! If I can give you any advice, just loosen up a bit! You look too stiff hitting jumps! Sit down in corners, and don’t be afraid to crash, that’s how you learn! Lol cheers guys
Thanks man. Yeah, I'm still pretty stiff in the air overall. I'm working on it. Was just happy to hit all the jumps aside from the main one. Ill go for it in the future though for sure if the track is still around next season. Season's coming to an end, a lot of warm weather and rain recently, as shown in this vid. would take a pretty good storm to be able to get back out there this season.
I wish I had the time to ride as much as you boys!!!! We still have 3 feet of snow up in Ontario where I live. Keep up with the great vids guys, love watchin them!
Also, I was really waiting for Cody to send that little triple into the big burm corner! You guys kept landing in that puddle, little more speed and you could’ve landed the little triple!
@@corycameron6160 yeah I know. In person it looked larger than on film. As soon as we sat down and watched the footage we both said the same thing; should have sent that. So build a track and dont ride it? Sound shouldn't matter at the end of the day as long as it's within reasonable hours; the track is out of town, he owns the property, he got the proper permits to build it.. Your neighbors don't get tell you how to use your property, I think that's the main factor here. The reality is it's mainly one neighbor who doesn't even live there year round, its a cabin he's at from time to time. He's being overly sensitive and entitled; It's called being a Karen. How do you think pro riders train? A lot have personal tracks and compounds to ride at their houses with neighbors all around them. Factory bikes, twin piped mod sleds, etc. People need to stop being so sensitive and worry about themselves, not what their neighbors are doing on saturdays.
It’s pretty straight forward, why buy a trail sled or mountain sled for banging ditches when they aren’t set up for it and then have to spend thousands on upgrades to make them perform similarly to a race sled. You can get a 10 year old old race model for like $4k and they are set up mint for the kind of riding I do. I haven’t rode more than 5-7 miles of trails in the last 12 years. Trails are boring as hell. I solely ride ditches and just started riding tracks. The cost for a used race sled is minimal compared to what you would have to put into a consumer sled to get a similar performance. As I said, pretty straight forward.
