I like the size of this braiser. Since it's just me and my wife these days I think it's the perfect size. It seems like it's big enough for 4 pieces of chicken or short ribs along with liquid, taters, and veggies. I'm I right?
Yes, that should be okay, maybe not more than that, though; the sides are not terribly tall. (I like that; it doesn't keep the ingredients too wet too long like a high-side pan would.)
Hi! I apologize for the late response; been away for a while. The ice maker is the GE Opal Profile 2.0, and while it makes nice ice, I gave it away to a friend of mine because it was way too high-maintenance - WAY WAY WAY too high maintenance and kept screwing up - and I kept my Frigidaire one I got from Costco for 1/6 the price of the GE one, holy cow. It’s funny you asked this, because I literally did some filming of the Frigidaire yesterday! 😀 With a full demo of it and also the reasons I didn’t like the GE. I’ll be publishing it by this coming weekend, so be sure to check back then - or just subscribe and hit the notification 🔔 . Thank you so much for watching my channel, btw! 🤗

Thank you! It pleases me to just stand there and look at it now and then. LOL
