Kevin in my opinion may be the best character as he is slow so reaction time would be easier to react to because a fast character does not give you the time to react so I'd use Kevin for the main game don't worry Kevin you still have supporters :)
I think the secret skins are the looks of how they look like now, because if you notice the vincent and jianhao skin you can unlock is they are like the old jianhao and vincent with jianhao having white dyed hair and vincent having that orange shirt with rolled up sleeves I have not played this game but its a guess lol
