Ed is one of the few that can impress with about every type of music. He can make you cry (Supermarket Flowers, Visiting Hours, Small Bump), make you dance (Don't, Bad Habits, Shape of you), "Perfect" Love Songs (Thinking out loud) and the ever-growing collab's. People hear his commercial hits and judge this man too quickly, he is really a modern day musical genius!
Without question this studio session will go down in history. The documentary makers in 30 years who covers Ed's career will point to this moment as his finest hour.
His two best lyrics OAT: “I make shit happen, call me a laxative” and “I’m up and coming like I’min a fucking elevator”. You’ve gotta love Ed 😂

Yeah I remember the first time I saw him live. He was Taylor swifts opener. NO ONE knew who dude was. Just him his acoustic guitar and loop pedal. And nothing has changed at his concerts and I LOVE IT. He’s besties with friggin Taylor swift and goes on tracks with Eminem. He’s the definition of versatile. Everyone loves Ed.

if u look around u will see he has been rapping for a long time even before he was a singer and that song u need me was 1 of his first made and he twists it and improves on it making it harder and harder as the years go on its insane
You should do Castle on the Hill (upbeat fun song) or A Team his first hit single.
He did 2 rap ep's before he became known, one with Yella wolf and Collaborations #5 I think it was called. Reallly good stuff too, and I don't typically like rap. He's done the loop pedal thing since day 1 live, it's only this year that he got a touring band.

He's one of the most talented musicians for a long time imo. Forget all the lovey dovey songs he's always had this in him
Shame he didn't do more like this. I still remember when all I knew of Ed was that video of him singing this song in the street outside his mates house.
Need to check out Ed Sheeran f64. Tribute to his best friend Jamal Edwards wards who passed about a year ago. Jamal edwards was the founder of SBTV. He is the one who aired this song for ed on his station that got him recognized by Ed’s now ( tbink still now ) manager. Suggest doing a little reading on ed and Jamal first so you really understand the song but never heard anything like this just wow
