Mr. Broughton has more color and more texture on his sound palette than almost all others, to which in this excellent piece, he adds a bit of staging magic. But there is always a bit of Huckleberry Hound Dog woven into the exquisite fabric that connects us, the audience, with our beating hearts, too. I would offer this one as a potential sonic vaccination for the virus plaguing us all.
Beautiful slow section with awesome soloists.
Wonderful composition! Fun to watch and listen!
Bruce broughton Great Great
No better performance of this work exists in my opinion.
And none is needed.

I don't like the players moving around..it's distracting..you don't see it with orchestras...possibly brass bands try too hard with staging for me.

It would be really cool if Bruce wrote this into one of his movie scores. Would sound fabulous on the those big theatre speakers .
Awesome
Fabulous.
Great piece. Shame it is spoilt by adverts.

Amazing piece altogether

@@danielthomas7629 eeeeeh... are you sure?! :) Well played and it sounded amazing
I must say, I'm not really a fan of this piece for the Nationals. It's more of a concert piece.
