Am I the only one who likes at the same time Greek, Turkish and Slavic cultures? I've been in the Balkans before and that's the most wonderful place in the world despite the wars and ethnic conflicts in the past.

In the poor neighborhoods of Istanbul, there were people entertaining children playing bears in the 1980s. Everything was good in the past. When I listen to Goran Bregovic, I go back to my childhood and when I watch the news, I always think of those painful images of war in the Balkans.

This bears were taken cared better then some children today. Its 5 000 years old tradition that was destroyed, because of EU .... The Bears can be also pets as your dog and cat, and they can also dance.... every child from the past, including me, have met real bear, touched it and even some people let the bear dance on their back, in order to heal it. Its easy to deny something when you have no clue why people are doing it. Imagin if someone forbid the Turkey in Thanks giving day. Imagine if someone forbid dogs and cats to be in your home anymore, because you put them in prison .... specially the cats. So? Whats the difference ?

Music as a "thing" ( name it what you will ), doesn;t have boundrys, race, age, orientations of any kind. And the true music ( ther' may be a wee bit diffrence from commercial ones ), the true music connects everybody deep down to our very souls. It takes us to that place in our minds where we can trully bee free..ah if we coud only expanded further than that...
