Amazing Set Up! What’s the order to buy the pedals? I’m planning on building one too for worship in church. Thank you!!

@@RyanApigo I would get a tuner and the tone hammer. Everything else is secondary. If you have the tone hammer you can get a lot done!

Noble is not needed with this setup. I used to run the noble with the tone hammer and was told by a professional FOH guy that told me the noble was for clean and was making my signal muddy so we tried running straight from the tone hammer and I heard his sigh of relief from across the room lol.

As a Christian dude who plays bass, loves Jesus, and is admittedly a little (super) cynical.. I absolutely rolled my eyes when I saw the thumbnail for the video of this pedal board. It looks like every single other bass player who is a passionate/committed worship dude. I’ve just been finding myself incredibly unenthusiastic by constantly seeing the wholly uninspired Cali76, Microsynth, Tone Hammer/Noble combo.. to the point that, in 2024, it’s getting kind of annoying.. it’s the same exact sounds, everywhere. 0% originality.. but then it dawned on me.. are you actually trying to be original? Maybe that’s not your heart at all.. and I’m maybe I’m being a judgmental, spicy meatball for no reason.. so, serious question - did you post this video because you think you’re unique and have something special to offer? Or were you just trying to reaffirm that you can sound like, literally, every other bass player on a Sunday morning by having the exact same pedals and basses as them?

Thanks for your comment. I would agree with your observation that I am a passionate/ committed worship dude. If the pedals I am using are completely uninspiring to you, I cannot fault you for that, but they are exciting to me. They are a specific set of tools that help me accomplish the job best. This is not a personal band, gig, or pursuit. I have plenty of those. This is for serving at my local church. I use tools that have been vetted and proven to work well in the modern worship mix, and so I use them! I think this information is super helpful, especially to beginners who don’t know where to start. I wish I had more of that when I started playing at church. I could stand out and try to pull my camper with a Volkswagen Bug, or I could use the right tool and drive a truck, even if that isn’t the most unique choice. I don’t care what people think of me - this is all for the Lord!
