Hey guys, Ninja here. As I'm sure many of you know, I'm not a big fan of re-uploading plays, but because many of you requested it, here's the Top 10 Plays of the Year!
There are no funnies, but if you enjoy this compilation, then there will be the best funnies of the year coming out soon :)
The best plays of 2012 were decided taking into consideration both the judges score and the community's feedback. Let the never-ending ranting about plays' ranking begin! :D
PS: For those of you wondering, my recovery will take way longer than I expected. There will most likely be another editor making the upcoming episodes. But it's all good, I will be back! :) Cheers!

whatever game you prefer, one has to admit that HoN still has the most amazing plays by a huge margin! Holy fuck those skills!
agree bro. i play the original dota, dota2, lol and hon. and by a wide margin hon got the most intense, competitive and best gameplay. ever. too bad the community not as good as it used to be.
I just started playing hon again. Granted I'm not that good atm. But I'm still making some plays!

I loved the Magebane play I've never seen an annihilation with his ult. Also Chessie had an Ophelia annihilation in a competitive game that should be up there for sure
I have a question. Does Magebane's ulti work similar to Behemoth's in the sense that if you get more people in it, it does more damage? That would only make sense seeing as that Magebane decimated the other team with a well placed ulti. I'm guessing it proceeds to do damage based on how much is burned from each person in an aoe?

I feel like mb should be 1 IMO. The slow mo just makes it more badass
The thing is, in HON or DOTA gaming, Sometimes it isn't about who did better skills,micro manage, its about what epic things came out @ that game :)
While #5 features the timing of SS's ulti, I've come to realize how sad it was for swiftblade, poor guy only crit'd once during the entire omnislash...

It's true that the dev is not the biggest skill play, but i do think it is the most essential play.

I didn't see before now but at the nr 3 play it's actually not magebane's ulti that kills midas. He is left with little hp, and then he uses hellfower which kills him because he is under magebane's mantra effect.
Man I wonder if my homie, m0ps knows hes got the best play of the year.
Mr. Scumbagnetwork, If you don't mind me asking, what recording software do you use to record such High and Outstanding quality of gameplay? If you use FRAPS would you mind sharing the settings for your fraps for supreme smoothness and no-lag preferences? c:

The core gameplay didnt change in 3.0 though, only the visual side of it.

Why devourer got #1? The Legion would have won that fight if he didn't help. The Legion would have killed both Monkey King and Plague Rider and no casualties to Legion. Devourer showed up, saved first Monkey King then saved Plague Rider, and was the main reason why The Hellbourne managed to kill The Legions hero's. To sum up - It was 2-0 to Legion there, but devourer got it to 0-3 instead. That's why it's a big play and got #1!

I love the play between hammerstorm and aluna. That took some skill to perform and as far as I'm concerned they should be number 1.
It's not like behemoths ult, it does the same damage, but since Oogie a little amount of mana when MB ulted him, it did a massive amount of damage coz he has a huge mana pool, so it did around 1000~ dmg to everyone around him.
Monkey King: "Hey Devo! Could you lend me a 'hand'?"
haha i didnt know a game i played would show up on these videos, I was playing rhapsody in the 3rd best ranged (magebane fezt)
His ultimate targets a hero, and deals 1.1 damage per mana point missing from the targets mana pool, to him and an area around him. Oogie has TONS of mana, his damage scales through mana pool, meaning lots of potential damage for a Magebane ultimate.

It can be an AOE spell. It damages units around the target for the same amount of damage.
Ninja,(Creator and editor of Top 5) is Injured.He said it himself to pardon his disappearance for a month or two.

Give it a try. It is much harder so hang in there for the first 10 games :)
