  • Kiwi kids learning wushu together at NZ Wushu Academy.
Not only do kids gain new physical abilities, but they also learn to share with other people, to respect and look after their environment, gain confidence and become better people.
NZ Wushu Academy has classes in various locations in Auckland, including Howick, Onehunga, Remuera, North shore, and will continue to expand. If you or your kids feel inspired and want to learn kung-fu / wushu, visit our website and contact us! We welcome people of all different levels and ages (children should ideally be at least 6 years old).
Find more information on our website:

We also hold school holiday programs in Onehunga.
There is an opportunity to join the New Zealand National Wushu Development Squad and train towards representing New Zealand to compete overseas in world competitions. Some of these kids went to compete in the 7th World Junior Wushu Championships, Brazil, 2018. This was the first time New Zealand sent a junior team to the World's. Two of these children were awarded for being in the top 8 in their category, doing New Zealand proud.
NZ Wushu Academy is proud to be part of the New Zealand Kung-fu Wushu Federation (NZKWF) and Auckland Wushu Association.
