Thank you so much for this video! Beautifully shot and chock full of great information! I especially appreciate knowing the road conditions and what vehicle is needed to reach these places.
Thanks for posting this video! We actually have a trip planned to go to many of these spots in May so I appreciate the tips so much! I glad I found your channel and l love watching your content and look forward to more! 😊
I live and run a business in Hanksville, this video is the best one ive seen explaining the best spots around town. There are still plenty of lesser known spots... but thats half of the fun.
Great video. Been going thru Hanksville for yrs. Love Moonscape & Factory Butte, & Capital Reef. Damn if I didn’t know of a few of these other locations, and thank you for showing me. I love Utah.
Thanks for the video. The ATV store mention and idea is brilliant! I live in Oahu, Hawaii, which is very congested, and not that fun for ATVs, but the open areas of Utah seem to be a perfect playground to explore!
Awesome video! We've been here once but missed several of these sites. Thank you for including coordinates that makes it much easier to find on the map.
What an incredible state Utah is, I have enjoyed visiting this other worldly part of the country so many times now, and each time it never fails to blow my mind. I truly believe that it's the most incredibly stunning, diverse and beautiful state out of all 50!
Wow, How timely Kevin, we are just planning a trip to Hanksville in April and are super motivated after viewing your video, Thanks so much and great video as usual!
Another great hike in the area is the Angel Trail from Angel Point into the canyon of the Dirty Devil River---Butch Cassidy country! The eastward views of seemingly endless waves of Navajo slickrock are awesome. Keep your speed up in the sandy patches of the approach track! I also second the comments about Stan's Burgers, a welcome oasis of high calorie guilty pleasure food after a week of tramping in the wilderness on dehydrated rations. No need to clean up first, they serve all levels of grunge!
Utah is just so amazing. I did a 10 day RV trip with most time between Moab and Mexican Hat, camping at BLM sites or totally off the beaten path. Want to go back again! You really don’t want to rush your way around… there is just so much cool beauty to explore.
Cainveville wash road from Hwy 24 through Cathedral Valley up to Hartnet road back down to Hwy 24 was one of my favorite trips when I lived in Moab. Been too many years since I lived in Moab....need to go back....
While you’re at Goblin Valley, where part of Galaxy Quest was filmed, don’t miss a hike up nearby Little Wild Horse Canyon, an iconic, quite narrow slot canyon.
Thanks for the suggestion! We just recently got a 4WD vehicle so we are very excited for the next Utah trip to go to places our sedans could never make it
Thank you for this great video! We've planned to go here in an RV. Hearing the video it seems that visiting moonscape overlook isn't possible with an RV. Do you know how far we can drive up there by RV and if it's possible to hike the rest of the distance? We're planning to go beginning of October.
Great video. The only caveat is these are the top Hanksville spots as located via the top social media tags. They have all exploded in popularity in just the last few years. With over six million acres of amazing canyon country wilderness surrounding Hanksville, the vast majority of amazing locations don't have hashtags. This area has some of the most spectacular technical slot canyons in the world!
Absolutely informative video, thanks for sharing! Just a quick note for those heading to Long Dong Silver: the signage is a bit unclear, but please remember you're not allowed to drive beyond the sign. A guy I know learned this the hard way - got caught by a BLM ranger and faced a $300 fine.
Thank you for this comment. Signage is extremely unclear and there are some contradicting blogs out there, so it's tough to know what is what. Hopefully they can put in more clear signage in the years to come. Anyways, glad you liked the video, thanks for watching Steve!
Sorry about that, it seems that the majority of the people like it faster for pacing, and to get the information in a quicker way. I hope you still enjoyed it enough to come back to the channel :)
@KevinEassa Your pacing is perfect. Keep the content coming. One note. My wife and I were in Hanksville a couple of weeks ago and we went out to Long Dong Silver. There's another spire less than 1/2 mile away called Angel of Death. It's worth seeing both.

Sorry it wasn’t out earlier so you could see them on the last trip, but just another reason to head back there!
Great video. Been going thru Hanksville for yrs. Love Moonscape & Factory Butte, & Capital Reef. Damn if I didn’t know of a few of these other locations, and thank you for showing me. I love Utah.
Going there in a month. Thanks Kevin!

There's always a reason to do another trip to Utah, thanks for watching!
We love that area! Plus Temple Mountain
It’s the best! Thanks for watching Gary!
Thanks for the video. The ATV store mention and idea is brilliant! I live in Oahu, Hawaii, which is very congested, and not that fun for ATVs, but the open areas of Utah seem to be a perfect playground to explore!
best video i’ve seen about the area and even with routes!!!!! thanks Kevin
I’ll be out there in Oct. Got 2 nights booked at Goblin Valley and this vid has added a couple or three of places to my must visit list.
Awesome video! We've been here once but missed several of these sites. Thank you for including coordinates that makes it much easier to find on the map.
Of course! I hope you can do another trip to see the rest! Thanks for watching

I happen to see a 360 dot on Google maps and it was long dong silver. Added it to my stops but clearly I’ve got a few more to add as well.
Great vid just subbed
Thanks for the sub!
Among the best travel videos I've seen.
Thank you so much!
Thank you ❤
Thanks for watching!
I would suggest the notom road loop as well
Thanks for the suggestion! We just recently got a 4WD vehicle so we are very excited for the next Utah trip to go to places our sedans could never make it
@@KevinEassa Burr trail to notom road to be specific. It's incredible. Spend time on top of the boulder mtn too. Or thousand lake mtn
Hi Kevin - amazing drone footages. what are the rules for drones ? Are we allowed with a permit or is it a pain ? What do you recommend ? Thanks mate

Thanks for the list. I will definetely visist all of them. BTW, what is the price of ATV renting? Could you rend them in HANKSVILLE?

Heads up to anyone camping and traveling past the gas station in the rock - they have a spigot out front to fill your water containers!

Thank you!!
You talk 100 mphs are you in a rush?
Apologies if you thought the voiceover was too fast!
.
hope you liked the video!
Thank you. I enjoyed the video but I was wondering why you think you have to talk so fast. It's distracting.
