But Im not one to judge at all, I speak fast, shake, have anxiety and read off cue cards without looking up or taking a break.... Im jealous of you, and youre amazing! A good fact is that if you take a course in a physical classroom for the purpose of earning credit hours, you can't change the speed of the lecture. All you could do is to pay attention
