Back in 86; Khayyam and Jagjit Kaur were guests in Jang Forum Lahore. On my request she sang this song to the enlightenment of jampacked hall. Next day I met them at my friend's home. This ghazal is masterpiece of Khayyam Sahir and Jagjeet.

ब्लैक और व्हाइट फिल्मों मे लाइट और कैमरा और फोकस का बहुत महत्व होता था,उसके बाद मेकअप और चेहरों पर पड़ने वाली रोशनियों के शेड,कैमरे के एंगल और शाट की दूरी जैसे बहुत से आयाम जुड़ जाते थे,उसके बाद एक्टर के चेहरे के हावभाव और कैमरे का मूवमेंट फिल्म के शाट को बेहतर दर्जे को बनाते है,तकनीकी पक्ष को देखते हुए मै अपने अनुभव से यह कह सकता हू की इस गाने का फिल्मांकन बहुत मेहनत के साथ किया गया है जिसमे पूरा टीम वर्क की झलक दिखती है,मेरे मित्र मराठी फिल्मों के प्रोड्यूसर थे उनके कुछ दोस्त हिन्दी फिल्मे बनाते थे ,बंबई तब ,अब मुंबई 80 के दशक मे मै आता जाता रहता था और फिल्मी दुनिया को बहुत नजदीक से देखने के बाद मेरा मानना है की यह दुनिया का सबसे वाहियात काम है,यह भले ही कला का लबादा पहने हो लेकिन ये एक तरह का व्यवसाय है जो कला से कोई मतलब नही रखता,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,In black and white films, light, camera and focus were very important, after that many dimensions like make-up and the shade of light falling on the faces, camera angle and distance of the shot were added, after that the facial expressions of the actor. And the movement of the camera makes the shot of the film better. Looking at the technical aspect, I can say from my experience that the filming of this song has been done with a lot of hard work, which reflects the complete team work, my friend. He was a producer of Marathi films and some of his friends used to make Hindi films. I used to come to Bombay then and now Mumbai in the 80s and after seeing the film world very closely, I believe that this is the most ridiculous work in the world.
