I’m a young Colts fan, though I got to see Manning during his last years with the Colts, it was really Luck with whom I grew up with, it was such a trip watching him play, giving me heart attacks once in a while, he really was one of a kind, I really miss him, his decision of retiring makes me angry, but not at him, at the front office for not protecting that man, who carried the Colts for more than three years before actually having a competent rooster. Boy, the Colts, what could’ve been of this amazing rooster they have today if Luck was playing as QB. Hope he returns, but if not, it was amazing watching him play.
ya but as a QB he needed to protect himself too. the injury that took him out the game were both on him. outside the pocket, taking huge hits. the 1 vs denver to rupture his spleen or what eber it was, he was outside the pocket running in thr open field and the last injury was off season snow boarding!!! neither a o line thing
it's gonna take me a long time to let go of Andrew Luck, i wasn't mad at him when he retired like some of our stupid fan base, I was heartbroken and angry with the front end management for wasting his career and cutting short what could've been a HOF player. He gave his all for our team and i'll always have so much love and respect for him
@@michaelmclennan03 if you watch pat mcafee show he talks about what a jerk grigson was and how he fined him for running a play chunk pagano told him to.(2016 fake punt Thanksgiving game vs Steelers).

It was really sad to watch. It isn't often you see fans telling a very good receiver to retire. Nobody wanted to see him get killed. He was on his way to getting his health ruined. I am glad he finally called it quits. For his sake and his family's sake.
Man seeing some of those highlights of the first half of 2019 the colts looked like a completely different team. Brissett looked elite, receivers were in peak form, and everything clicked. Really hoping things look like that next season
I think the Injury set him back a little bit, he just didn’t seem to click in the second half of the season. Playing against Pittsburgh, they were driving the ball down the field until he got hurt. All Receivers got hurt, Ebron gave up on the team. Let’s hope Jacoby can bounce back in 2020. I still have faith in him.
The injury certainly changed him and the team chemistry. But also, it is hard to excel when pretty much your entire receiving team has been wiped out by injuries. I don't thin I've ever seen a team so banged up that their #4 or #5 buy was playing the #1 position. Combine that with Ebron being what he was and you have a recipe for disaster.
Damn watching this just makes me realize how much I really love the Colts. Took the good ol days for granted we'll get back to glory soon enough💙✊🏾 #COLTSNATION
My brother and I drove 10 straight hours to Indy for the wildcard game vs KC in 2014. In my mind, I can still picture Luck throwing the bomb to TY to take the lead to complete the historic comeback and feeling the eruption from the crowd. That's the only Colts game I've ever seen live and it's an experience I'll never forget. Watching those highlights just now brought all those feelings back
When I was 17 as a late birthday gift my dad drove me down to Tennessee to see the Colts face the Titans. I got to sit on the Colts side of the field a few rows back from the bench and getting to see the players. I remember vividly Pat Mcafee scrambling for the first down and the Dorsett TD catch. I miss those days of the Colts franchise but yet I know that we are on the doorstep of greatness in these upcoming years.
Peyton and luck miss those guys gonna be really weird watching rivers be the QB also forgot about Garcon dude was a savage so many good players over the yrs great video
Frank Gore is a straight up warrior. He could be 45 and I'd still keep him on the roster to show the young 'uns what hard work and tough-nosed football is all about.
First off, as always great vids Colin. That 2012 game against the Titans at 7:20 was my first NFL game and the way it ended with that amazing corkscrew dive by Ballard made it so much better. What a great first game I got to witness.
No Super Bowls but a legit decade of teams. They kept us pretty happy. I have lived in Chicago since 2017, and I promise it’s easier being an Indy sports person lol
I was 8 years old when we drafted Peyton, before that I was Harbaugh all the way and so sad he wasnt our quarterback. LoL i was young and stupid. No idea what was ahead.
Watching this a couple days after the colts v raiders game in Jan 2022, I wish I had gotten more into football in 2010 I grew up with the 2011 season with Painter and then Luck, if only we had the O line we needed I feel as though we couldve kept Luck healthy and went to the superbowl, feels weird having a new QB every season though I do have faith in Wentz, also weird how it seems there arent any big name qb's in the league anymore besides Rodgers, Brady, Wilson, etc. Weird time the nfl rn
I was lucky enough to watch these legends play and we got spoiled during our glory days. Peyton Manning despite Brady's records in my opinion was the best Quarterback to ever play the game. I miss Andrew Luck and he too could have been a legend. It was a shock to all Colts fans. I thank all these amazing players for so many years of great football.
11:24 I am not ashamed to admit that I literally shed a tear when I watched this part. This play alone encompasses what Luck could have been. We will never know more than him, how it feels to know you were on track to be one of the greatest players in history, only to be taken down by the infamous ghost. The ghost that crushes dreams. The ghost that destroyed those "greatest" players, that you never have heard of. The ghost of inflicting injuries. I regret initially being mad when he retired so abruptly, I am just glad that he took care of himself, because in the NFL you can only push so far.
I thought our team would reign this season, then luck retired, but I was still glad, our talent was amazing, we went 5-2! Then Jacoby got hurt and everything went downhill fast, we went 7-9, we could of got in but sadly Vinny blew us some games (I still love Vinny and he’s still the goat). As well, Jacoby is not clutch at all, I like him as qb but cmon man. Hopefully we get back in the postseason next year.
