The Didgeridoo featured in this video, is a live recording which afterwards has been processed & mixed with several soothing soundscapes, to simulate & enhance the feeling of the wide, open spaces of the Australian outback.
♡ About the Didgeridoo playing
How is the Didgeridoo player able to play the instrument, without any “gaps” in the drone? The Didgeridoo player uses a special technique called “circular breathing” to maintain a continuous sound. The player snorts quickly through the nose, while still blowing air outwards with the mouth. You can practice this with a glass of water & a straw, blowing air into the water while quickly snorting through the nose:-) and transferring this to a real Didgeridoo later.
♡ Possible health benefits of playing didgeridoo:
Studies have shown that playing the Didgeridoo can reduce snoring and obstructive sleep apnea, by strengthening the muscles in the upper airway. Another study showed improvements in asthma, due to the technique of “circular breathing” (see the above info)

I’m a beginner and I got a didge box for Christmas recently. I love that thing. I hike weekly and always take it with me. There’s nothing like playing an instrument while sitting at the top of a lookout.

This recoding helps calm my newborn daughter when nothing else works! I first put it on when nine months pregnant and she was kicking super hard, and by some divine inspiration/ mother-fetus communication/ ancestral knowledge, I thought of searching didgeridoo and came across this track. It calmed both of us down then and does ever since.

Hello, so I put this on for sleep meditation, and it gave me while meditating, a whole vibrational experience. My whole body was vibrating while meditating to this music.

That's how the didgeridoo works. It vibrates through the body and centres on the heart. Then your vibration matches that of the universe and you go into the dreaming or dreamtime. If you could learn to play the real thing you would be amazed at what you could do ✌️💜
I just found this video and I got nearly in a trance in 5 minutes the sound attracked also my cat, he watched towards my speakers where the sound came from so I invited him to come on my bed, he layed down immediately and he got from wth to 100% zen in just seconds, now he's in a deep sleep on my sheets after like 15 minutes 😆
I lost my job because of the pandemic, so I started a youtube channel about meditation health and well being. Wish me luck!

It’s original binaural frequency sister... when our men play they use a special breathing technique that sends them into trance... we go into the deep place, the place non aboriginal fellas might call another dimension... you can create here... I think non aboriginal fellas call it manifestation.

Circular breathing, create an air pocket in your mouth and steadily release while you refill your lungs to through your nose.
It takes practise for many, but once you have it, you don't lose it.

I just recently started playing and I love it im not very good but its still fun, it's great for keeping your lungs strong. True story here recently I started getting a bronchial infection I played for a couple hours and it completely disappeared... you should make you one out of some pvc to start playing there's some vids here on youtube that show you how... you should try you'll love it

It is somewhat similar to Asian step throat singing.... Just the throat is replaced by a mechanical instrument.

Martin Sjolte Starson, only now I discover didgeridoo and just listen to your music. I must tell you, just now I felt something that has not been felt so far with any other instrument: I have the sound quite loud and sit in front of the PC. And, indeed, I can feel the fine vibrations in my upper chest, very delicate, like the purr of a cat when you put it on your belly. So, it must be healing frequencies that come from making music on the didgeridoo. What do you think? The cat purr can make broken bones grow together faster and also heals pain.
