I loved our time there! Batumi is a nice city, it would be interesting to see it in 10 years
❤️❤️❤️
Great to see you and the girls 💙💙 Hope you are safe and successful on your _current_ trip, Dasha 🙏🙏
Thank you so much!!
Dari, thank you for another great overview video! Batumi is certainly unique with its eclectic mixture of architectural styles and historical timeframes.
The dogs follow you around because they can sense you are a good person, which we all know is true. 😊
Have a safe and hopefully decent time in your current location. Be well and be happy!
Until next time, take care and pleasant travels.
Thank you so much ☺️
@@DariStep You're quite welcome. 😄
Cool video Daria. I’m a big fan of Batumi. It was fun visiting some familiar places through your video😊 no matter what time of the year it’s very enjoyable
Thank you, Slava! 😃
This video is a great documentary featuring a little bit of culture, architecture, historical buildings, and foods. Really appreciated the opinions of your guests. I know Las Vegas well and Batumi is getting there slowly. Right now it is more like Atlantic City.
I love that you 3 are together and safe. I pray for your safety!
Very Beautiful and Elegantly Done Dari.
Awesome video Dasha, I always think about how life can change in moment and thing's become unclear and uncertain. But looking through a hazard window you can make something out of nothing. Keep your head held high and move forward to the next adventure. Today this moment is for you. Love and peace ❤✌😊
The three musketeeers comes to my mind.
I truly love your videos. Your one of those people I will always unselfishly love for providing all of these awesome experiences. I honestly can't imagine how much work you had to have put into these to make the shared experience so vivid. Just thank you! Your a credit to Russia and also more importantly humanity by sharing your story
Wow, thank you 😊
Thanks for sharing!
Lovely video
Wonderful you have great friends to travel with. I laughed when you showed the chickens 😂, before you started your short but hilarious rant 🤣😂🙃 🤠
Very relaxing and interesting video! Love the background music too :)
Great to see Batumi. I’ll definitely go there one day
0:46 Alena looks like an angel when she is sleeping....😇
Very enjoyable and informing video. It reminded me perhaps of Balchik a little bit but Batumi seems way better looking and developing today.
The video of Batumi was very nice, at summer must be amazing 😀😀
Love this video! Beautiful scenery! Thank you for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed it :)
I had never heard of this city, but I will add it to the list of places I want to visit someday
Avoid !
I love it!! Thanks for sharing this with us
Spectacular town
This is good to see. I would love to visit Batumi. I like going places off season so it isnt so crowed. And i love the dogs, they seem well cared for but i wish they were not on the streets and have forever homes and lots of love. Spasibo. Paka.
Hi. It's very nice. Thank You Dasha.
The old town looks a lot more interesting to me... it's always interesting how up-and-coming cities try to bridge history and the future
True!
Quite a contrast between old buildings and new ones. It must be a cool place to visit in summer.
Exactly!
$102 for 2 nights ? That is a great deal! I would love to visit there.
I agree!
Batumi looks like such an interesting place, Dari. I agree with you about it being most similar to Sochi. And, those balconies that you mentioned look similar to New Orleans, also look similar to the balconies in Ybor City, a historic neighborhood in Tampa, Florida. I thought about Ybor City because it is also famous for having roosters 🐓 roaming the streets 🙂
Thanks Dari Looks like a wonderful place. I am subbed to you and your friend's channels
Thank you Curt 🙏🏼
@@DariStep ❤❤❤
Brilliant observation it does look like New Orleans wow I never thought of that cool!
$5 in that awesome train! Accross the country WOW! I'm definitely going to visit.
You should!
looks like a fun place !!
This is so nice
😊Happy to see that you are alive and well!😊
Hi Dari looks a beautiful place to visit, thanks for showing us around ,take care
Thank you for your comment!
What a nice trip!
🤘
Loving the videos Dari! Found your channel through Natashasadventures and glad I did! Wishing the three of you safe travels. 💙
Thank you!! 😊
Batumi has amazing new and old architecture, very beautiful. With palm trees and flowers blooming it must not get very cold there. Even Las Vegas actually had snow last week. Thank you for the tour. But please don't wish it to become Las Vegas. It should keep it's charm of old and new. I suppose the nudist beach area there wasn't active in the winter... that would be a wonderful tour sometime.
I like the combination of modern and traditional architecture and the botanical gardens very nice it looks like same climate as sandiego with palm trees eucalyptus from Australia thanks for sharing nice adventure
Food looks so good🤩
It wassss 😋
Nice commentary. Your tour and discussion is very interesting. Cheers from Kentucky, United States.
Thank you kindly!
Georgia looks nice, thanks for the video.
Love your chill vibe 🤟🏻 hello to girls 🤟🏻🥰
Nice buildings
Good video Dari!
I really loved this video of Batumi and surrounding areas. I liked all of it. Thank you and have a nice week!!
Thank you! You too!
That was a lovely video, thanks for showing us around. Great contrast in building styles, amazing cable car views and the gardens were super pretty. Glad you had a great trip with the girls. Bet its packed in the summer. Stay safe Allan.
Glad you enjoyed it
I met Steven Covey 40 years ago shortly after he wrote that book 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Even though you didn't like the book. I'm sure you will get a couple positive things from it.
What an interesting city! The combination of older Soviet, European and ultra modern architecture all mixed is unique. Thanks for a very nice video!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Awesome video as always Dari. Stay safe ladies and enjoy every moment this miracle of life blesses us. #spokanewausa
Thank you! You too!
This is a very interesting video. Well done.
Thank you!
Very interesting
Happy to hear it :)
The Food looks delicious. Vegetables fresh! Nothing processed. Like half of the North American restaurants of today.
Dima was able to rent a room in a house and has found it very cheap safe and nice accommodation.
Brilliant video: beautiful scenery, great food, packed with information, and personal commentary. I wish I could like it twice.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Beautiful area. I have enjoyed your professional videos.
you guys make a beautiful found family!
Nice video Dari. Enjoyed seeing you and the girls in Batumi. Looks like all of you had a good time there. Take care.
Thank you! 😃
Thank you for showing such a nice place. I live close to Vegas. The buildings you showed with the outside lighting, look like the Wynn and Encore hotels in Vegas. Take care. 😊
Good video and nice content! Well edited!
Appreciate it!
Hope you will soon visit kutaisi and anticipating a beautiful video of Kutaisi.
I’ve already visited it and made a video :)

Omg I couldn’t believe you’re reading the “7 Habits book” I once took a college course on that book and it was the best course I took. The dialogue of the book can be frustrating. I suggest getting looking it up on UA-cam or I think you can purchase the audio book. Stick with the book, it’s well worth it.
Hi Dasha, We, Georgian stray dogs, miss you so much!
Excellent, high quality, vlog 👍
Thanks 👍
Really enjoyed the video Dari! I especially liked the older section of the city and the gardens the best. Not really a big fan of big modern buildings. Thanks for sharing and stay safe and well.
Via You Tube, this is my third compressed and media trip to Batumi. Once with Slava, once with "The Two Mad Explorers"(Luke & Naomi), and now with the three of you. It was definitely a Russian vacation town prior to Georgia's independence. The newest attraction is the Casinos or gambling which is forbidden in many Islamic countries and for many conservative Christians too. Good weather has always been a force to this location. It appears that speculation in real estate is happening and that over construction and price collapses may occur sometime in the future real estate market. ( don't invest too much of your money here as you may lose most of it) Love that double decker train where did the rail roads acquire it. ( what company did they buy it from) Hotel without kitchens and laundry facilities are running about $150 a night in Ohio. Your $50 a night sounds like a bargain. Lard on bread isn't very tasty. My grandparents ate it that way because they didn't want to pay for butter or margarine. It is excellent if used in baked goods in place of butter or oils but is not tasty when eaten by itself. ( canola oil, olive oil, or a product called Crisco in the USA) It makes excellent pie crusts, breads, etc. I believe that anything containing cheese is going to get a seal of approval from you Dari.
I am really enjoying your videos and watching where you are going Dasha..... It is great that you are all staying together, having fun and looking after each other..... I really want to try that Bread and Cheese.... It looks very tasty....... :-)) xxxx
Batumi must be really a beautiful sea resort to visit especially in summer but also in winter and the contrast betwee the old and new buildings is wonderful. Thank you very much Dari for this great video. I wish you and the girls all the best and if you happen to come to Italy you are welcome.
Thank you a lot!
Soooo cool that you 3 girls are sisters!
The apartment looks great, and anything looking over a space of water is great and relaxing
I agree!
This is a great introduction to Batumi. The good things about going there in February are cheap prices and no crowds. I checked for flights, and it will cost three times more in July to go there from Europe.
Hi Dari 👋😁
Wonderful video. Hate roosters - But don't you like chicken? 😂😂
Batumi looks like a wonderful mix of both old and new - would be exciting to see what becomes of it in the future
Sounds like a good city for you to stay in.
Thank you
I think there are a few Ali & Nino statues, seen the movie. Thanks for this video, My longing to visit Georgia increases, tho i am no gambler.
17:16 i think those may be jasmine flowers. They have a wonderful fragrance.
Hi Dari. You certainly get around a lot. Good for you. Batumi looks very nice. I like how you give your opinion of the places you visit and foods you try and then get Natasha and Alena to give their opinions. Loved the botanical gardens and the view from the cable car ride. Best wishes to you.
One day she is in Tashkent, the next back in Tbilisi, then suddenly she is in Batumi. Yeah, she does get around a lot.
😂
Thank you!
Very interesting and nice video indeed! Kindest greetings from Vienna, Austria!
Thank you very much!
They tie palm trees to protect them from snow. Sometimes Batumi gets really heavy snowfall.
I love the way you pronounce "roosters". Where I live we say roo like the word "clue" or "blue". It almost sounded like you had a diphthong meaning two different sounds when you pronounced the "roo" part of roosters. I love hearing different speech.
as a canadian, working remotely, batumi is the perfect contrast from high taxes, poor quality of life, and pricey cost of living from the g7 countires, Georgia is the kind of long term plan westerners looking for better daily living should be looking for!
Your videos are very appealing as there are quite a few countries you explore I have not been and you seem to have interests similar to my own. There is always good exploration and discussion of food, art, culture, nature, gardens, costs, accommodation, transport, sports. This makes it all interesting. Your Moscow accent is very pleasant to the ear and being youthful you explore lots. Great stuff. Really enjoyable. Batumi looks great for a visit when I get over there - love the art that seems to be prolific. Beautiful gardens and elevated scenery over the sea. Good interesting part of the world you are in - the Caucasus region is definitely on my travel list. Thanks :)
I hope you will visit it one day 🤗
never knew much about Georgia
Usually newly planted palm trees are tied (easier to transport too). They get untied after a couple months!
Great video Dari! I can’t believe it only costs 13 dollars for a 5 hour train ride, that’s a great price. Batumi looks really nice, thank you for showing us around. Dogs always seem to follow you around lol. Cheers!!
Thanks for your comment 🤗
Greetings from Panama . Привет Дари от Роберто из Панамы!
As a kid, I remember thinking The Black Sea must have got its name from being dirty. But, now Thanks to your pictures, it's a new Dream of mine to visit it ASAP!
Cool!!!
Great stuff Dari! It's so funny that you hate chickens almost as much as you love dogs. And the dogs follow you because word has gotten around that you carry snacks for them. :)))
Ahaha thanks Jim!
Flower witchazel "queen of the winter"
You've really become a good film maker..you deserve more views and subscribers..keep the faith and keep working.
Thank you 🙏🏼
You were spot on with your comparison of old town Batumi and New Orleans, especially the French Quarter. That sort of wrought iron is everywhere. New Orleans is my favorite city in the 'States, and I hope you get to visit it one day. I suspect you'd like Geneva (in Switzerland) as well. Magnificent architecture spanning literal centuries, French food and design, Swiss chocolate (of course!), and Lake Geneva with its stone marina. Expensive as heck, but I found it to be worth every penny for the five days I was there. 👍
Please dont compare smelly new orleans to batumi ive been to both places multiple times
@@Geknight Even better... New Orleans also has bugs! 😁 Nothing's perfect. I just find the good outweighs the bad.
The waves are surprisingly big there, for a small sea. I like big waves, so it's good. Also, where are the biggest universities there?
I hope you are safe and well in Russia I am thinking of you being there. Thank you for another brilliant video I adore your films Dari you are really cool and you too Natasha and Olowna apologies for terrible spelling sorry don’t get too depressed are very pretty and cool lots of love to all three of you!!! Love Davidxxx❤️❤️❤️
Super video. Batumi certainly looks like a great place to explore on foot. How many trains go to Tiblisi daily? Who feeds all the beautiful dogs in your video?
If I’m not making a mistake, there are 2 or 3 daily trains. And the dogs are homeless so they eat what they find or what people give them
Those dogs follow you Dari because they sence you love them.
vas muy bien le pones ganas y son hermosos tus videos , son frescos , como consejo podes mostrar las partes feas que existen y tienen su encanto suerte
Dari, your content has a lot of depth. I enjoy your life journey whichever way it will take you. Best wishes!
Have you thought about visiting China? You will be well liked there! The big cities there will fit your modern life style. It is a whole different world out there. Your ability to communicate both in English and in Russian will be highly sought-after. I would really enjoy your vlog observations from a Euro/Russian lenses
Hopefully one day ✨
Спасибо, Дарья! А скриншот пользователя отправил в личные сообщения Наташе на сайте "Одноклассники".
How do you spell that orange juice and coffee drink? It sounds interesting. Also, do you do all of your own editing? I like where you are shown talking to the camera but then you switch the video to something else that you are talking about. It's very well done.
The drink is called bumble
And yes I do all editing by myself :) Thanks!
Stadler trains are made in Switzerland
The Georgian version of Sochi! You guys need to visit Pitsunda! In the Soviet time it was a resort for the elite.
I wouldn't try to get in Abkhazia from Georgian controlled territory for certain reasons 🙃
