They really missed the opportunity to have a cool action jump scene where Amy jumps from the plain in a cool action pose and lands in a cool pose. They could have built her up as this secretly very capable badass gorilla but didn't.
So this is the first episode of this podcast I listened to and while it's definately fun, I have to point out two errors within the first 5 minutes of the discussion: -Congo isn't over 2 hours long, it's about an hour & forty. -It's JOE Don Baker, not John.
I saw this in the theater when i was 16. I remember liking it. I wont revisit it.
