Of course it is our National Anthem, "Du gamla, du fria". Jonna has taken some very minor artistic liberties with the melody - I hear only one note which is slightly lowered (on 'fjäll' in 'fjällhöga'), she sings rather slow, and the kulning pieces are added. The content and the spirit is of course the same. I don't agree with those here who complain about this. Jonna's version is of course a absolute masterpiece.

I’m from Sweden🇸🇪 too, but I think our National Anthem could be singing this way too.🎶🪈🎻🎶🥰 It’s a wonderful version and everything mustn’t be exactly the same way. She lives up in the north of Sweden and I live on the west coast. Even in Halland and that is south of Sweden. And I think we can be more open and see the beauty our community has, just because we have so different varieties of the nature in our Swedish community. Feel proud and don’t judge people for their ways to feel which way they want to sing theirs National Anthem. In our country I can feel it’s okay to sing this way. Even if I prefer “Erik Grönwall’s” version of our National Anthem.🇸🇪🍃🎶🍃🎶🌞 With I will recommend you to listen to and see.🥰 And we Swede knows how it is with our National Anthem, it’s not really a National Anthem. @@smalm86 Yes, it is not prined as a law, but it is used as a national anthem since 1844, when it was writtten by Rickard Dybeck. And he used an oldmelody " Så rider jag...". Some artists tries to make an other melody to the old lyrics, but then it is an other song. Not other loved national anthem.
During the last twenty years or so the pronunciation of the vocal ö has changed, which I, being an octogenarian, find obnoxious! This girl is a superb singer, but do listen to the master, Jussi Björling!
And same thing with ä, it seems. With many young people it's always the "open" ä as in värld or färd, idk but to me that sounds a bit off in words like kläder or skäl.

The melody was not wrong but it was an interpretation that altered a lot - it would be very difficult to sing as a large audience which is the idea with national anthems.
This is not our national anthem. She uses the same words but the melody is totally different. Personally I don't like when people do this to any song. I mean, if you're going to make up your own music, why not write your own lyrics as well? Listen to Erik Grönwalls version instead. He uses the correct melody, and at least to me that is far more beautiful.
Wrong melody, but almost the right lyrics. Only a few small changes from the original. "Inspired by Sweden's national anthem" would be a better description.
