I just found you. Thanks for sharing. I would like to learn more on what you did before you took this to Walgreens. See if I can do this for my N scale layout.
I, would like to go with this type of back drop on my ho- scale layout as long as this back drop is not glossy print. because with all of the lighting on the layout we don't want any l8ghting glaring off of .the back drop. I'm. going to look in to this.👍
Hello. I just came across this video and it's in line with what I want to do for backdrops. The question I have is how did you scale your pictures to get the size you wanted? Looks good.
Thank you Lamont! I use the Walgreens app on their website to scale the photos. Just kind of a guess on my part but so far it’s been pretty accurate. Also, I’ve started having the backdrops printed on vinyl instead of paper. Works better when your doing ground cover as to not soak up any water, glue, etc. thanks again for the comment and let me know how it turns out!
Wait, you got them made at walgreens? But where do you get the mountain scenes and background images, from walgreens? Like, you litterly showed up at walgreens With nothing and got the images from there. Or did you bring them to Walgreens and they just printed it out for you?
Great question! I took these photos out in the desert on the way from CA to Las Vegas. I used the Walgreens photo editor on their website to create the banner.

Thank you very much!! Glad you enjoyed the video!
Where in SoCal are both of you? I just moved to Temecula and I am looking for MR friends.
Can you make a video showing your staging area?
Absolutely! In the works!
What was the source for the mountain scenes?
Hi! I took these photos out in the Mojave desert and spliced them together.
