Cheer Jonas. It’s comments like this that motivate us to get out there working on the cars and making content.
Turbo the sigma Vinnie !!
@@vinnierolla stoked mate ! I will be following along and turboing my triton following your videos 🙂
I swear the MONSTAbishi Sigma is making a Comeback!!!!
Looking mint
How are the bushes going
Awesome bad obsession motorsport t-shirt mate
Thanks dude. Bushes are perfect. No squeaking with the poly bushes.
Yeah gotta love the bad obsession guys. Project Binky has to be my fav UA-cam series
@@vinnierolla that's great a lot better then the standard rubber form the 80s
Super pro seem to be the better brand
I've been watching since episode 3 of binky
I'm waiting for the ford library thing to be finished
Nice original sigma there! The 2.6 responds amazingly to some boost. Lots of info online. Blow through weber, locked dizzy got me 200rwhp and 450ftlb on fresh but essentially stock motor, just ARP head studs and rod bolts. Very basic build.
Thanks man. 200hp would be awesome.
Did you run a stock diff with that setup?
I found on my last Sigma that the diff was the weak point
@@vinnierolla this is in a Triton so no issues with the diff, but plenty of sigmas making that and much more. It’s plenty quick enough.
@@drewbrouder4233 1988 but the 4g54 is essentially the same in all Triton models afaik
@@Victorsadventures2774 I just acquired a 32/36 Weber currently re building it would the factory starion turbo manifold fit the 2.6?
Just spray it with some CRC and forget about it… no worries 😉
I need shock bush where i cn get it online plz help
Hey mate I’ve got the opposite problem, hope u read this I’m trying to lift my sigma wagon for a rally , do u know where I can get longer springs or strut spacers ? She’s going on club rego so even home made might be ok
I’d try a 4x4 suspension shop or see if you can find a similar spring size used in a larger car.
You can really dial in the front shocks on a sigma by just replacing the oil use 30 engine oil as a start point. No need for new insert
Hey bro will these fit my 1982 SE SIGMA?
Just 2 points. The rear shocks you fitted are the wrong ones. The metal sleeve should be bonded to the rubber to make sure the shock is located centrally. The other is the lower inner control arm bushes. Their a pig to fit without a special tool. I made one with a slightly tapered tube and use a press to push them in.
It's a simple piece of tube where the bush can be pressed into it the pressed into the arm. I know some repairers cut the bush in 1/2 bu thats not the best method.
i wonder if i could purchase the front gas shocks and ships to Malaysia, here mostly i can get KYB oil shocks..
@@vinnierolla Do you have URL links for some other front gas shocks on ebay apart from the description you shared?
@@chaiyy9252 try these www.ebay.com.au/itm/255745027859?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=705-154756-20017-0&ssspo=bc5w0A2lQ7K&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
@@vinnierolla too bad :( . It says "Doesn't post to Malaysia" unless i check with the seller.
can this suspension fit a 1976 dodge colt? i’m in the Us and can’t find shocks for my 76 colt
New springs weren’t original height, they were only “sports” low, but they weren’t “super low” so kI wasn’t happy.
That’s possibly the most woggy sentence ever uttered. 🤦♂️
Only happy when the exhaust scrapes the ground, and you can’t get a jack under the car when you get a flat.
If anyone is patient.your it mate. Need more Rolla Videos. Keep it up mate.
Thanks mate. Next Rolla video is close, was just editing this morning. Hopefully out this week with part 1 of the engine build
