      @@donjohnston6420 you are never the same after a crash like that. The other fights if anything just add to the punishment. It’s not a excuse it’s just a fact. Bud is the superior fighter. I had him winning before and after crash. He would have had a up hill battle regardless. Getting thrown from a vehicle hitting the pavement and nearly dying? He is a human being. If his durability was a 100 before it was 80% after. You don’t ever get that back period.

    • @Powerule23
      @Powerule23 Рік тому +3

      When you say PBC, it's ultimately Al Haymon. He decides who his fighters fight and when. Haymon's business strategy has always been the same: Secure a belt and match the fighter against bums and rack-in money, until they can't fight bums anymore. Haymon was crowded at 147. He had to max-out Dany Garcia and Porter first. Once he did that, he lined them up against Spence, making mo-money mo-money. He couldn't risk fighting Crawford earlier because business-wise, it didn't fit his model.

    • @Powerule23
      @Powerule23 Рік тому +1

      So yeah, you hit it on the nail. Haymon had to play dodgeball.

    • @Pimp21ULike
      @Pimp21ULike Рік тому +2

      @Powerule23 I honestly beleive Al was put in a position where he had to make this fight happen. Showtime is still going through budget cuts and just like you mentioned, their business motto wasn't working. People got tired of watching their champions defend against bums. That wasn't brining money so of course this fight was a no brainer. Fulton lost his belts, Spence lost his belts and soon I can see Charlo losing his belts as well. As long as we get the fights we want I can't complain. This was a good week for boxing and us fans won.

    Spence has never been the same since his accident... Every fight he's had since his accident, Every hit to the top of his head on the left side, his left leg becomes paralyzed simultaneously. It won't allow him to move and react appropriately. He barely be Potter,he did stop Ugos(sp), but look how his body legs responded when Ugos hit him high on the left side of his head. He'll never be the same fighter pre-accident. Hope he get one more payday and leave the ring healthy enough to enjoy the fruits of his labor thus far,along with those that truly love & care about the man, not the boxer. My opinion.

      @AbdulAziz-mu6kq I'm a Bud fan... It probably wasn't brought up by the media, the fight potentially wouldn't have happened if that was the narrative. Bud is a much skillful BOXER/ PUNCHER. Spence is a one dimension fighter, facts. But it doesn't negate what your eyes can clearly see if you know boxing. As I said, even when Spence fought Porter and Ugas, every hit high to the top leftside of Spence head caused him problems with his ability to react. Noone is making an excuse, it's a fact. Ugas and Porter both hurt Spence.

      @@EverythangDoneToDaTTV Bud did great work regardless and is clearly the best. HOWEVER, Spence is a weakened #2 since the car accident. Period. Yeah, he may have won twice since then, but without that accident those victories woulda been even more dominant. He's not the same, bruh. It's just a fact. But again...Crawford woulda won no matter what. It's just that Spence wasn't as competitive as he could have been at one point.

    Roy Jones and Tarver are the ONLY two ex fighters to keep it real. Bud gets all the credit he deserves and put on a masterpiece performance. Errol Spence is NOT the same fighter we once knew. As Tarver said Ugas hurt him and his last two fights were not what we knew him for. Salute champ.

I think Spence's trainer didn't have a Plan B and it clearly shows that in the fight. I don't want to see a rematch because I felt bad for Spence.
