Actually, Think, it's not two voices behind Mario and Luigi. They're both voiced by the same guy. Everything you heard both of them say was coming from the mouth of one man: his name is Charles Martinet. Charles Martinet voices Mario, Luigi, Wario, Waluigi, Baby Mario, Baby Luigi, Baby Wario, Metal Mario, Toadsworth, and many others.
they should put full voicing or at least more of it in the games for sure.. this is like a pretty clear indicator that they're the type of characters to talk alot (ironically) and alot of what is said is pretty funny...
