If you want to understand the scripture you study it in the lens of Jesus Christ perspective because there are contradictions mostly in old testament. Jesus noted that they err from the law and also made it clear concerning divorce that it was never so but was given to them by Moses bcos of the hardness of their heart.

They are not wrong conclusions about God but because we lacked words to express these ideas about God in our human languages, we use own words that are inadequate to express them. They are not necessarily wrong assumptions or superstitions as Dr. Damina wants us to believe. These are instances of anthropomorphism in the Bible, especially in the OT, when the writers attributed human characteristics, feelings, emotions, and situations to God. They are not wrong and Jesus never condemned the OT writers for these.

This preacher needs to be properly schooled. I feel for his followers because they feel his repentance from prosperity gospel automatically authenticates him as a genuine interpreter of scriptures. What if he only apologised to seem genuine to pave the way for another chapter which would be based on heresies? Believers understand that God related differently with the children of old and now. Damina is manipulating of late. I used to love his teachings untill recently when heresies began to crawl into his teachings.
This preacher needs to be properly schooled. I feel for his followers because they feel his repentance from prosperity gospel automatically authenticates him as a genuine interpreter of scriptures. What if he only apologised to seem genuine to pave the way for another chapter which would be based on heresies?
His confusion about the character of God via dispensation exposes his ignorance about the Bible and Jesus Christ and God.
There's no confusion when it comes to the character of God. Believers understand that God related differently with the children of old and now. What the preacher does is overemphasise on already established truths and creates complications where there's none leaving his followers into believing "he finally has the truth after all these years of so called deception" which they've now labelled as "CRK and religion" just because someone shares his unfounded perspectives of scriptures and claims to finally have the final authority on the interpretation of scriptures.
God's wrath as it was in the old testament, has simply been pacified by the precious blood of Jesus Christ. Hence, we now operate under grace which means we no longer operate by the law that has immediate consequences, but that doesn't mean God won't bring immediate judgement if He wants to, just like in the case of Ananias and Sapphira. That's why He is God. You can't question Him (and unlike your papa I don't mean inability to ask questions).
Faulting the mode of God's operation in the old testament is an attempt to say that throughout the old testament, the children of Israel were serving the devil which would be blasphemy, the devil gave them the law through Moses, the devil led them to war and gave them victory over other gods like himself (what sort of confusion is this? Jesus said a house divided against itself will not stand) and finally brought them to the promised land?? God forbid such heresy! So where was God when devil was busying "manipulating and deceiving the children of Israel His seed to do evil?" There's no need to overcomplicate issues sir.
No one argued that God still casts immediate judgment on all sinners in this new dispensation as we know we are no more under the law but grace. So you don't have to deny the wonderful deeds God did in the times of old to make us understand His current operation. We all understand how God operates now.

You're right, God Himself can't dwell in any house, even the heavens can't contain Him.
However, His manifested Presence dwelt there. Thats why any violation of the ordinances governing the Holy of Holies is met with instant death.
God is everywhere and the Presence of His very personality can dwell in a place without the physical substance of His existential entity being there. That's why He's God!
If you want to understand this conundrum. Consider Elijah. God made fire and earthquake to pass before him but said He wasn't in it. Yet it was God who stirred up those elements of nature. So there's God physical Person in a place and also God's manifested Presence too. Thats in the O.T.

1. On the issue of the man whom was ordered to be killed by God. If you look at your bibles, in many versions the paragraph is titled, "Sabbath breaker" or one who violated the commandment of the Sabbath. Ex.20:8-11 clearlly states that the Sabbath should be kept Holy by all, whether you're a stranger or an indigene of Israel. Failure to do so, comes with consequences. Disobedience comes at a price and under that dispensation, death was the ultimate price. If you read further in Num.15, god commanded them to make tassels at the ends of their sash to remind them not to transgress god's commandments because He's a Holy . Any form of direct rebellion to the Lords command is met with the stipulted punishment. In this case ,its death. omparing the sin of adultery in the dispensation of grace to that of violating the sabbath under the dispensation of the law shows you absolutely misunderstand and misinterpret the scriptures and dont understand the nature and precepts of GOD. 2. You also misinterpreted Heb.9:8 by saying taht there wasnt a holy of holies in the temple. There's a plethora iof scriptures that support this obvious truth. Your deliberately committing EIGEISIS.
