They say don’t judge a book by its cover, and that’s especially true for Kheer Kodom. Named after the beautiful Kadamba flower, Kheer Kodom (or Rosh Kodom) is a one-of-a-kind treat. At first glance, it might look like any other mishti, but the real magic happens when you cut it open and discover a delightful surprise inside.
The core is a firmer, drier Rosogolla, wrapped in a creamy kheer layer.
This delicious combination makes Kheer Kodom incredibly unique and tasty.
