@manhajalsalaf insha'Allah, let me try to look up the tafsir on the ayahs about honey. jazakAllahokhair.
hm i read something from the tafsir of ibn kathir saying it is to treat certain things not ALL diseases, but "cold" diseases since honey is hot, since a disease is treated with its opposite.
and it mentions in hadith that "give him honey to drink"..but this was in english not arabic... but i think even if its with a spoon or with water... AllahoAlim cuz we r still taking in the honey.
@StickyCurry Wa iyaak akhi al aziz. Wallah I have no idea maybe someone else here can provide a book from a scholar on how to take it?! I recall a book about this maybe from Imam ibn Kathir not sure...I'll get back to you insha'Allah.
