Muhammad is the most common name in the world and since half the Nigerian population is Muslim, there's a good chance.

Were the fard prayers mentioned by their individual names in the Quran? For example, fajr, dhur, asr, maghrib, isha? Did Prophet Muhammad (SAW) state that combining fard prayers should be done just once by every Muslim? Most scholars seem to prefer distancing the fard prayers despite clear evidence of the ahadith to the contrary. Wallaahu a'alam.

The Prophet ﷺ has already given an answer to this, which is much different than the answers you've presented. It is clear that the reasoning is due to hardship. Hardship may include: sickness, but it perhaps may include many other things not mentioned such as child care, running late for something in which to observe timeliness, mental health problems, Muslims who are trying to observe prayer after leaving it, new Muslims still figuring out how to establish prayer, etc.
Indeed in our preserved religion there is nothing new.
    Sunan an-Nasa'i 602, Sahih
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to pray in Al-Madinah combining two prayer. Joining Zuhr and 'Asr, and Maghrib and 'Isha', when there was no fear nor rain. It was said to him:
"Why?" He said: "So that there would not be any hardship on his Ummah."

That's what I read as well, there was no mention of sickness, fear, rain or anything, and God knows best

    Chapter 6. Joining Two
    Prayers When Not Travelling
    [1628] 49 - (705) It was
    narrated that Ibn 'Abbâs said:
    "The Messenger of Allah
    prayed Zuhr and 'Asr together,
    and Maghrib and 'Ishâ' together,
when there was no fear and he
    was not travelling."
Sahih Muslim volume 2 page 216
So what does the above mean?
