Ive never served but come from a military family if my knowledge is correct when you Join you are tought team work to survive what you see in a conflict zone is stored and you become a time bomb hears my story I'm now 61yrs
When I was I watched my Father killed himself in front of me for twenty years I became angry smashing the home when I was in my thirties I attempted to take my own life I read stories of serviceman who took their own life and I would cry
I eventually learned to put my pain in a box God and people like yourselves gave me the strength to come out of the Darkness to the light

Don't you ever feel ashamed to cry or scream any of those politicians see what you've seen will need a large supply of underpants. Please don't give up you have friends or brothers past present THEY WILL STAND WITH YOU, I KNOW
