You have rent to pay - and without work you'll be homeless again. Be assertive. I have to say though, and it's going to sound discriminatory...but SIA agencies usually default to younger people and mostly men (despite what the LAW says). It was always going to be difficult getting security work. I get it that you're qualified and capable but in some circumstances it's not quite enough but the agencies can't tell you that as it's discrimination. I'd be bold and ask is the lack of work is because of your age or gender? I'm angry for you because if it wasn't for this government you'd have been enjoying the security of retirement by now. I pick up work through agencies as well and it's annoying how jobs are there then cancelled without providing a reason sometimes. Usually it's the company using the agency's fault rather than the agency per se but who knows sometimes. But always remember you're the agency's asset. You help them make money. So don't let them mess you about!
Try to be persistent with getting your supervisor's attention with texts or emails to respond back to you and request that he provide you with honest feedback where situations may occur on the job and that you deserve that feedback while working for this agency. If he doesn't have the respect to get back to you then yes, start seeking out other agencies on the side to sign on with or other jobs that interest you, some sound interesting. Can you work with more than one agency so you can keep your current 2-day job that you really like. From what you explained, sounds like you handled the situation well to defuse it. If you decide to leave this agency and they ask why, you can tell them that you didn't get the regular feedback you required to make improvements where needed. Also, love your new phone, picture looks good. Sounds like you live with a great group of housemates so far. It's good that one of them stepped in to ask why you were doing all the work to fix the machine.

deliveroo can't complete with the starship delivery robot because the starship delivery robot costs 99p delivery fee if from a coop or 1.99 from a Tesco convenience store and a person can order just one item from the robot but one item on deliveroo is just far too expensive etc check if the starship robot is available in your area
Do your ad dollar's cover the cost of the rent yet? If not add a couple of extra ads in your vlogs? work generally is drying up a month early for many as more shops are going bust early etc I reckon agency work won't get busier now until march April time etc try and build up 6 months bills in reserve just in case we go in to a recession in the next few months

I can barely hear you on your last couple of videos, you may need to dial your volume up, or are you covering your your volume area with your hand? The volume did get better on the middle of the video but than it got worse again. Hope you can fix it.

Stewarding job application closes today 1st Dec. They'll give you training and you can then work at other events like the arena for concerts etc. My lads do this for a 2nd job.

You could really do with a gimble for myour videoing. It will help with the stability. A lot of you videos contain footage of the road, your feet or the bed shetts when you are explaining about the insulated bag. maybe theres one you can afford second hand on eBay.
