Except that Cinders weapons are clearly made of Glass that she manipulates with her semblance and dust infused clothing. Even without maiden powers she's got the weapons, semblance and skill to have been able to beat her.

In the thumbnail cinder has no nose. As it was loading in the beginning of the video that little loading circle was around the spot where her nose was supposed to be...
