Q8. I chose C because it seems as though the company/organization works collectively and doesn’t just rely on one person so PMO seems to be the best choice.
Exactly

Q11. I chose C because seeing as though using Expert Judgement is a toll used often in Project management and you never want to go into a project blind getting help seems like the best answer.
First step is to inform the management, and let management suggests if PM can go to expert’s help, code of ethics.
Q8 - Ans D - customer gives priority to What he want first.
Not really Meghana. What if its an internal project? PMO to decide the priorities between project in a company
Q2. I picked A because a creating a manual has a beginning and end and that is the definition of a project.
Perfect
Brilliant!
I am glad you liked it. Did you see my latest video where I discussed another 25 questions?

Understanding customer's perspective will help the PM come up with more feasible solutions/alternatives
Good job. That is the correct way to think
Hi Varun, great video, was wondering when you mention the page no. of PMBOK for reference, how does it relate to online edition I have? For ex Ques 2 has reference to page 6 which is the index. Please help!
The first few sections of PMBOK have code of ethics. I am assuming that page number would have referenced that. However, whether it is online book or hard copy, the page number should be same. Also I have explained thousands of questions in this format on this link: www.eduhubspot.com/packages/pmp
Question 14 C, adding of functionalities after an iteration is complete

Hi Varun. I would frankly like to thank you. I was caught off guard about the change in PMP and wanted to clear before. I emailed you directly with my concerns and you helped me out going out of your way to do more than you should do.
I took the exam yesterday online and passed Above Target with 3 Above Target.
Your content where RIGHT on TARGET. Especially the MODULE 4 test. I can say it was 80% the same as the exam!!!! Specially the addition of Agile.
Thanks you from the bottom of my heart
I am so so happy Baba and thank you so much for your comment. Congratulations
Question 5 C. Always document and analyze a risk before deciding it’s impact.
Good job. That is the correct way to think
Q3 - B
Missing explanation
Q20 | D | I eliminated Relational and Ingratiating, then worked to Referent because he is referring to someone while Positional is less appropriate.

Q21. I chose B because you should always talk with and understand your stakeholders.
Perfect
Q13: C. Protect the confidentiality of the customer.
Exactly
Q1 - C because kill point refers to a point of transition from one phase to another in the lifecycle of a project. This is best described by option C.
Awesome
Hi Varun ,
Thanks for your videos, I started going through your videos and sample exam questions just two days before my PMP exam. Special shout for the rule of elimination technique and yesterday I cleared my PMP exam in the first attempt. Thanks once again and all the best.
Thank you Harpreet and congratulations on passing the PMP exam. If your next goal is PMI ACP, do Checkout my website www.eduhubspot.Com

2-A because is a unique endeavour with an starting and ending date.
Good job. That is the correct way to think
Q9. I chose D because it seems to be the only outside factor because historical information can be OPAs.
That is a very logical reasoning
good analysis , i can not find other links as stated during the training

Q2- Answer is A. Keep the user manual for the day-to-day task, it seems to monitor the project schedule, the project is temporary, unique, and progressively elaborated.
Absolutely correct. Good thought process
Varun
6-D ( People reporting to project manager can happen in project oriented organization)
I would think the same
Q 4: C, as it is a small organization with less hierarchy.
Excellent
You did really a good job! Thanks a lot!

3-d The work leader is performing as a project coordinator with "little authority" and "little resource availability"
Just keep it simple, if they use the word project coordinator or expeditor then always go for weak matrix
Excellent way of explaining the concept. Very interesting and interactive

Q4 C - Organic because the organization is small and people manage multiple roles
Awesome
16- D ( Feasibility analysis is part of Busines case)
Perfect
Q 7: A sounds good answer; unknown risks should use the management reserve.
Q 18: C, as all other will produce a unique outcome however, a helpdesk is a daily operation/activity to support IT product
Awesome thought process Swapnil
Q15. I code C because you always want to report the status of your project to the customer so giving them information they can understand in the form of a report is the best option.
Implementation status is derived from work performance data, so it becomes information. Reports are more physical. Refer to PMBOK at Pg 26 it will be more clear.
Thank you for this video. I passed my PMP exam on the first try today because of the content this video provided. Thank you very much!
Yuhu... I am on cloud9. hahah
Congratulations. I am very happy for you
Question 23: B, understanding what's wrong before escalating
True

Great
Q5- C document it in Organization assets and do risk analysis
Exactly.
3-B Project manager is usually a project coordinator in weak matrix organization
Excellent
Q1. I picked C because it seemed like the most wholistic answer that defined what Kill Point means.
And Kris you picked the right answer. Good job
