- The Kerbal Empire has launched it's pure stock Haven Class Space Station as the start of it's push to rule the Galaxy and destroy the Rebellion by starving them of their most precious resource... fuel.

I found this in the ksp shop and tried to orbit it it ended in a explosion nice job kraken

You make it look so easy... I literally have to use hyper edit to do get it into orbit because I don't work for NASA or SpaceX.

I have to say even now, 4 years later, with my high-end machine (RTX3090, I9-10980XE, 64gigs RAM) this beast really drops FPS to 0.1 upon launching ^_^

I read Haven class space station and my mind goes on a tangent about what RWBY would be like if it was a space opera and the Grimm were a space faring race that swims through the vacuum of space to attack human and faunus space settlements, like Beacon Station, capital of the Vale Cluster.

Edit: Well, now I'm just imagining that Ruby Rose is the youngest hunter pilot in training at Beacon Station who flies her own spacecraft called Crescent Rose, which is a glass-cannon type of fighter in the shape of a warscythe with a giant energy cannon on the front end. That actually sounds really cool, like way past cool :D

Well, building the station originally only took me about a day, but it took 2 more to figure out how to get it into orbit without cheats... Then I didn't like a couple things about the design so I changed it - followed by 2 more days of getting it to work again (Doh!) So I would say 5 days in total.

Now I can imagine eight BFR's all strapped to a central load, staging and all eight doing an RTL and landing near simultaneously.
kal9001 wow that would be comparable to this....I forget the # of Kerb’s it claimed to hold. This became the biggest KSP station in space that I’ve seen yet....wow......now relating it to your comments.....wow maybe a couple decades...who knows ....maybe even this technology &/or stargates exists....wow

It actually wasn't too bad - I designed this in V1.2.2, and I tried it in stock V1.4 and it worked even better.

i downloaded this from the steam workshop, edited it into space, kept pressing the space key, and broke it into a million pieces, then created a ring around kerbin.
Lol mine just broke apart and got spread all over the desert

I'm working on a bunch of stuff. I think somebody already made a pretty good version of the Malevolence and posted it in Kerbal-X. I may try it out or just add it to my ever-growing list to things to do...

Nice but you should not have dropped last boosters and tanks, they were almost in orbit! Boosters used for other missions beyond Kerbin. Superheavy tugs, and tanks would be great for storing in orbit fuel. but JMO
Yeah, I had lots of fuel left. I could have boosted it into a higher orbit or even sent it to another planet, but for the purposes of this installment, I just wanted to get this thing into orbit. It plays a key role in the upcoming episode.
