Well I watched several different videos on how to cut up the whole pork leg I got on sale today and this one was by far the best one. I followed this guy's instructions and was delighted with the results. I made two beautiful roasts as also tied up the piece he made into schnitzel, and a pile of chops. I took the pieces he set aside for sausage and pounded them with my meat mallet into schnitzel. So much better than the way I used to do it! Many thanks from yet another Canadian!!
Thanks from another Canadian. I just got a sweet deal on 2 rear hinds, and it's been a while since I've cut one up. So your videos really helped refresh my memory.
Thanks from Vancouver Canada brother. I've never had to botcher pig before, but I couldn't turn down these two beautiful legs. You made it look easy, hope its truly as easy and you made it look 😁
Hi from New Zealand, Is it going to be the Canucks time this year ? It is very easy after cutting up 1000s of them, but get your self a good sharp knife and a whole pork leg from your butcher and have a try mate, and then move on and try the pork shoulder or the whole loin. Is there any butchery video you would like to see ? don't say Bear or Bobcat as I will have to brake in the Local Zoo and I think I am get in a bit of trouble with that. Thanks again BBQ Butcher
@@BBQButcher Thank you for replying, of all the comments I leave I never expect to actually get a reply from a channel owner 😃 I would actually really like to know how to butcher an entire deer. I know how to skin them, but never actually properly butchered them. I'm getting my hunting licence soon here, so an instructional video for that would be awesome, if possible. However, I've become somewhat obsessed with meat lol and I've been wanting to find a butcher in my area where I can buy a whole pig, or go halfers on half a cow with a family member. Thanks again, I've subbed, so I'll be looking out for new uploads. Take care brother.
@@Neosapien11 Hey Joe, good luck on your hunting license. I'm a B.C boy also ( Prince George ) One thing I have to mention is after you get your dear, make sure you hang it properly and in a cool place like 0-5c . I have seen so many people waste good deer or moose because they don't hang them long enough or it's too warm.
@@Drifter6942 Awesome, I've spent some time in prince george in my teens. I'm originally from haida gwaii, moved here years ago though. I used to go hunting with friends out there, but I'm really wanting to get my license and begin learning how to hunt. Thanks for the tip, I'll take any pointers I can get.
@@Neosapien11 I have always wanted to check out Haida Gwaii and do some fishing out there. I have been all over Canada where you can drive semi without too much island hopping and we have the best province out of them all !! Definitely get your hunters number and your P.A.L before Trudeau takes that freedom away from us like he is trying. Good luck and stay safe with this COVID crap
@@BBQButcher That was 1.49 a pound, not kg. Still a great price. Same sale Thick slice bacon 10.00 cdn for kg. And T bones for 11.00. If you watch the sales a lot of good bargains, especially if you can do a little work yourself like cutting the legs. We live in rural Saskatchewan.

Love how much he sounds like Krog from Thor Ragnarok. Very helpful video too
Most people from new Zealand sound like me, I think a New Zealander made the movie Thor Rangnarok

How do you use the pork bones?
Hi, with pork bones best ways to use them is to boil with a soup or Asian style noddle meal
Nice!
❤❤❤
Thanks, glad you enjoyed the video
